   Not the first time I have been here and again the food was lovely a real nice friendly place well done to all the staff.

   Me and my partner had a lovely meal in a beautiful setting and even though it was busy we didn’t wait long for anything

   Came for my partners birthday with our little family . The carvery was beautiful . Beautiful setting . Definitely recommend

   Lovely pub, greeted and seated promptly, attentive service, and absolutely delicious food. Well presented, vast range of dishes and fantastic value for money The best carvery we have had in a very long time. We live a considerable distance away and thoroughly recommend this venue to visitors.

   I've gone to Ye Olde Punchbowl many times over the years and have always had good meals there. Today the carvery was not up to it's usual standard. The food wasn't as hot as normal, maybe as we were a later sitting. The roast potatoes were dry and hard. The beef was a bit on the dry side as well. The veg was lovely, the Biscoff Cheesecake was amazing! The service and friendliness of the staff is always exceptional.

    Food was delicious and everything was great until I went to pay for our meal at the bar Nobody would acknowledge my presence as was stood there for quite sometime, I understand it was busy and there were a lot of orders to process but both staff members failed to even speak to me I found this, as time passed very frustrating and I left the restaurant disappointed that something so simple just to acknowledge me did not happen Customer service is so important from start to finish and I hope that some additional training will follow my comments. Thank you
