Dining at Yardbird in Chicago and was very much a disappointment. They brought out half our food, and we had to wait 20 minutes for the rest of the meal. The delay 100% affected our meal, and the service felt disorganized. Our Orders was taken and never received anymore acknowledgment furthermore. The food was decent, 5/10 I perceived, with the experience being mediocre overall. We ordered the Chicken and waffles, creole's crab cakes, chicken skewers, and the classic yardbird deviled eggs. Believe it or not the food was just okay. Very bland and overpriced for the small portions. Yardbird definitely had a nice establishment with plenty of seating. Very well kept. I hope they improve their service in the future. Maybe I should have done dinner with all the awesome pictures.

Yardbird is a fun, energetic vibe. We had a group of 8 and Vanessa was our server. She was fantastic! Lots of different things ordered from starters to dessert. Drinks were around $15-$16 ea. Dinner was anywhere from $40 - $60. Starters were $10 - $15. Deviled eggs were good, crab cake was delicious, mac and cheese was actually good, tenderloin/filet - meh/ok, salmon was good, short rib was good, chicken and waffles was good - drinks were tart and tasty! I think for all of us, the apps & desserts were the best part of the meal! Loud, but good music and we were upstairs at a long table, so it was not as impactful as being downstairs. Good time with great service, food was ok!

Server w amazing. Cool place but we got a crappy table by the door even with reservations. The rotiss chicken was just ok. Way too much $ for what it was. I could have had much better food somewhere else. I won’t be back.

It was okay, people are seated really close To each other. Food is good but how good is it when you’re being watched. Food was over priced.

I’ve been to the Vegas and Miami locations several times and this one is no where near as good. Food was just okay, atmosphere not much better. Pretty disappointing

Food was all good but predicable, although the prices are very high for what you get, and can be found cheaper and better elsewhere. Decor is very nice and service was hood. Background music was unnecessarily too loud and needs to be trimmed at least a little to better permit conversation.

The chicken was delicious and the mashed potatoes were spectacular. The banana pudding cheesecake was out of this world. Can’t wait to go again.

Best happy hour in the city 100/10. Amazing vibes, music was good and at the perfect volume. Service was exceptional.

Fabulous dinner, exceptional service. I wish I could remember our waiter because he was so hospitable. They are know for their bird but the sirloin with chimichurri was excellent!
