I’ve been to your locations in Miami and Singapore. Both felt like high end dining experiences. This felt like I was in a food court (you may want to consider a dress code!). The rotisserie chicken was surprisingly dry and presented in a fairly small bowl. The first two wines I ordered were not in stock. We tried a variety of items and the Caesar salad was probably the best thing on the menu. The service felt very rushed. I don’t think we’ll be back!

I recently visited Yardbird, and I must say, the ambiance is absolutely stunning. The decor is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic date. The aesthetic appeal alone makes it worth a visit. However, when it comes to the service and food, the experience was quite disappointing. The staff seemed inattentive, and the service was slow, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant setting. The food, while presented nicely, was mediocre at best and did not live up to the high expectations set by the restaurant's appearance. I would recommend Yardbird if you're looking for a great place to enjoy a drink and soak in the beautiful surroundings. For dining, though, there are better options elsewhere.

it was my anniversary and I requested certain things to make the night special and none of them happened. I ordered the shrimp and grits and my grits almost tasted like rice as hard as it was. not the best experience but the vibe of the restaurant was nice.

Food wonderful, prices for fried chicken a little high. Atmosphere and service excellent. A little loud for my 50+ ears.

Overall, was a great experience, and the fried chicken was awesome, best I've had out ... not as good as my own but damn near close. The only thing, and a major one for me, that made the experience less pleasant than it could have been, was a required minimum 20% tip that was added to the bill, with the audacity of recommending or suggesting more. As someone who waited on tables in high school, college and then for a number of years post college while working to supplement my low income during the start of my career, I depended on tips which meant I worked hard to focus on my attention to quality service as my tips were based on that. To this day, that is how I gauge how to tip. It's insulting to diners to demand a 20% tip by the restaurant as that sends a clear message to the wait staff that they don't really have to do much except be there, in order to get a minimum 20% tip. With that said, our service was very good, and if I had not been forced to provide a 20% tip, I likely would have given more but seeing that on my bill made my blood boil and no way was I going to provide more. If anything, I wanted to leave no tip to send a message, but that would not have been fair to the waiter. I did leave a note on the bill, also planned to leave this review. Food was very good, and the service was good too, but we will not be going back there just because of this egregious policy! If you are fine with this policy I'd recommend this restaurant, but for me it's definitely a not going again.
