Yalla is a neighborhood Mediterranean smokehouse from the Sesame Collective restaurant group. Opened in summer of 2020, Yalla brings a Mediterranean smokehouse to the heart of the Multnomah Village neighborhood in Portland, Oregon. With a menu of smoked meats, seasonal vegetables, and comfort dishes, Yalla is currently open for delivery, take out, and full service dining. Yalla is helmed by Chef/Owner Kasey Mills and Chef de Cuisine Daniel Valley.

Excellent meal with out of town foodie friends. We wanted something different inventive and delicious. Pleasant knowledge staff. Highly recommend.

The food was sooo delicious! We had a salad, hummus with the burnt ends, eggplant carpaccio, & a beef lamp kabob. All exceptional. The staff was so pleasant and friendly whenever they delivered food or just checked on us. Wonderful experience!

There wasn’t one dish ordered that we weren’t impressed with. I’ve never been disappointed leaving Yalla and that’s why I continue coming back. Consistent quality and great service.

This restaurant is such a gem. So cute inside, the good was delicious, and it was so fun to try some new things. Went for brunch but absolutely want to go back for dinner. 12/10 recommend!!

I've been to Yalla twice now, once for weekend brunch and once for a weekday dinner. The food was delicious each time, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Our server helped me navigate the menu with my tree nut allergy, and they made us feel special when my partner and I dined in for our anniversary. I highly recommend getting the cornbread, it's the ideal bite of savory and sweet, crisp and warm.

Excellent food and service. Nice atmosphere but a little noisy. Not sure about the wellness charge. Seems like a trick to have the customer pay more. Not cool.

We always have a fantastic experience at Yalla and have enjoyed brunch many times. The options at brunch are stellar and a great mix of savory and sweet. We tried the pastrami cured salmon plate - would highly recommend!
