   I had a relatively large birthday celebration with 8 people there. The food was great. The only problem I had was with the menus and interpreting them as a non Japanese speaker. The pricing was extremely confusing as the picture and set was shown for 2 people, but the pricing listed was for one person. This meant we had worries about paying for 16 people when we are only 8 people. You also must order the same course/set for every person at your table.

   Lots and lots of very good A5 Wagyu/Kobe. The albacore was overcooked and tough. But the overall value for the quantity and quality of the food was exceptional. Unfortunately they sit you with the other westerners with screaming kids calling out to “mummy” and destroying the the plates pretty much ruined any type of ambiance. A reviewer’s description of being above an excelsior coffee shop really helped to find the place. I plan to come back when I bring my son and his ravenous friends.

    My daughter and I shared the top Wagyu platter on a Friday lunchtime. The beef and the sides were superb. Great value considering the quality.
