    We ordered the 5-course tasting menu and were very impressed both by the quality and the presentation of the food. Service was excellent and the restaurant was buzzing, both upstairs at Yaatra and downstairs in Shanghai Noir, the Indo-Chinese brasserie which occupies the same premises. We have visited on several previous occasions and each time have had a most enjoyable evening. I can thoroughly recommend Yaatra. If you haven't yet tried it, you really should give it a try.

    Had the 3 courses and a Bellini offer. Good choices and excellent lamb kebab starter very nicely spiced, friends had the chana chaat starter which they thought was fantastic. Main course of sea bass was tasty and had the Jersey aloo and rice as side dishes, very good. The cheesecake dessert was sweet but delicious. Excellent service and everyone in the restaurant was very friendly.

    The chef's ability to blend and balance flavours is simply sublime. Combine his top world-class dishes with the friendly and helpful service and you have not just one of the best Indian restaurants but one of London's gems.
