Food quality a bit on the low side toast was burnt black on the bottom, the beans tasted funny!

Really good breakfast Ambience fine but we were early and it was nearly empty so not really relevant Sausage could have been better, everything else great. Perfect poached eggs, excellent freshly squeezed orange juice

One of the best food menus on a bottomless brunch. Service was great - very attentive and drinks promptly replenished.

Food and wine was good. We were a little confused we were handed the bill and then shortly after had the card machine bought to us to pay when we hadn't asked for the bill. We understand there is sometimes a time limit on tables, but it wasn't busy so would put me off going back

We went for the bottomless brunch experience. The food was excellent and the portions were substantial. The choice of cocktails was very limited and dissppointing. They were served in small whiskey size tumblers and in the 2hour slot we only managed to get 4 each but had to call the waitress every time we needed a refill.

Location: Southampton Oxford St Second bottomless brunch and once again was terrible - It was the worst bottomless brunch we have ever had in Southampton. Sat down to be told immediately “I need to take your order as the kitchen closes” We clearly hadn’t even read the menu so straight away not a great start. Suggestion maybe don’t take bookings at the time the kitchen closes? When the food came out it was poor. However we could over look this as being a bottomless brunch we were mainly there for the drinks, however the waiter and waitress come over twice in 2 hours to take a drink order. We continuously had to go up to the bar for another drink; and at one point was stood there for 5/10 minutes whilst there was no one to be seen. I could understand if they were busy but there was 1 other table in!! it was apparent they just could not be bothered to come over to the table. Then the cherry on top was being charged a £20 service charge for non existent service and also over charged as they charged for a meal when it was incl in the bottomless brunch. Such a shame as this bar use to be great when it was in Bedford Place. Would never do a bottomless brunch here again. Want a decent brunch - go to turtle bay.
