Wu Chow is always consistent with service and food. Its a great place for bigger parties and Wu Chow accommodates which is really awesome!

Service was slow. Food could have been hotter. Looks like portions have shrunk.

We expected the food to be more flavorful. It lacked salt. The waitress was amazing though!

Other reviews have already said it and our experience confirmed it. This place would be great…if the service style was changed and the food wasn’t so, so salty. The “team” service translates to all the staff walking around like zombies, literally coming from the kitchen to drop something on a table and going right back to the kitchen, repeat. No one makes eye contact with you. No one smile or talks to you, so you don’t even really know who to order from. Super unwelcoming and odd, and I spent years waiting tables. We had two appetizers (sezchuan fried chicken and spicy wontons) and both were awesome so our hopes were up. But both entrees we so salty, we really couldn’t eat much. You could cut the salt with the rice, but the rice wasn’t very good. We ate the meat out of the scallions hugging beef but only had a few bites of the crispy noodles with chicken. No one asked how the food was; No mention of sending a huge dish to the trash untouched, so of course nothing was taken off the bill. Whole thing was weird and disappointing.

Drinks took long to arrive at the table multiple times. Service was slow. Food was alright.

Excellent food once again. We hadn’t been to Wu-Chow in a while and now wonder why it’s been so long. All food choices were very good and service was great.
