Besides them not having our reservation that we made through there online system they were still able to accommodate a table for us, we enjoyed the food but wish we had a different server, our server didn’t come check on us or see if we needed anything once; even to get our check we waited for our waitress for a good 45min before she came and asked if we were ready for our check

The service from beginning to end was great! Our cups were always filled and once we finished our plates, they were right there to collect them. All of their staff were extremely friendly and ensured we were enjoying every part of our evening. The food was amazing as usual! There were so many choices that you had to try at least a little bit of everything. Everything was cooked perfectly and the crab legs and prime rib were just like before. Loved the addition of a themed evening (Hawaiian food on Friday and seafood bonanza on Saturday). So glad they brought the buffet back! We needed something like this in Hilo.

We had never had the seafood buffet, but it was so nicely presented- the food was perfectly prepared and a great assortment of choices. Highly recommend!!

The servers & other staff were amazing. Warm, welcoming, everyone greets/acknowledges you, the servers are very attentive and prompt. I wasn’t too impressed with the limited food selection, but I did enjoy certain items.

Most of the food was super salty or bland, crab legs was Very Dry, butter was like watered down popcorn butter, kalua pig was junk, pan laulau was junk, fish was super watery mush texture. Prime rib was good, poke was good, raw crab kimchee flavor was too strong, had to fill a cup with water to wash off before eating, but those 3 things was what I kept eating. Service sucked, bussers took plates, but the waitress never refilled our drinks the whole time we were there, I mean you want the 20 percent, at least refill my cup at least one time, what's so hard, she wasn't even busy! Truthfully it was kind of a disappointment.

Terrible food!! Comparably to cheap fast food that’s prepared and reheated. Go find a delicious food truck.

Appreciate the acknowledgement when we walked in, we were seated quickly. Personnel made sure we had water and asked about our beverage choices. Food came out quickly and tasted Ono! Perfect way to start the day with a friend.
