    Dine from our Bistro Menu for some lovely dishes at amazing value. 2 courses for £15 or 3 for £20. It’s available at lunchtimes Monday – Friday and until 6:30 from Monday – Thursday. ** available all evening Bank Holiday Mondays ** We’ve worked hard with our chefs to strip things back and keep things really simple. It’s good, hearty, tasty stuff served to you by a team who love what they do. And sometimes you don’t need anything more than that.

                Lovely bistro with stunning food, lovely and friendly staff and great atmosphere - 2nd time visiting and just as great an experience 2nd time round - would absolutely recommend.

                A great setting for a post graduation lunch with the family - it was a nice touch for the restaurant to give our daughter a glass of Prosecco 👍

                This was our second meal at Wreck, the first was superb however this time it was not a great, which it should be at the prices being charged. We considered it to be overall very poor value for money. One of the main courses was Hake and this was a very small portion of Hake that was served and considering the price the restaurant really needs to look at portion sizes. The only way not to starve was to purchase the side dishes and at £5 per portion these were also not very large with for example the truffle and parmesan “chips” actually only being 3 potato wedges, they were certainly not chips as I know them! Our second bottle of Rose was served warm, to be fair it was replaced reasonably quickly but I was surprised that such a simple error was made by the restaurant We wont be rushing back for a meal anytime soon!

                Made a booking a month ago - when we arrived seated in dingy basement with no ambiance. When we asked to move they said no. There were tables open both when we arrived and departed. Food was alright- nothing spectacular- and very expensive. Service was alright. Would not return

                Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your recent booking with us. I'm really saddened to read your comments regarding your experience. On arrival you did make these comments, sadly all upper restaurant tables were in use at that time otherwise we would've happily moved you up. It wasn't until you had left we had tables available, which were also rebooked. We are un-fortunately very limited with upstairs seating. Should these comments have been made on the evening, rest assured we would have rectified any issues instantly. On check backs you appeared to be very happy with the Wines, Orangecello spritz and all food courses. We do hope to welcome you back in the future! Best Wishes, Team Wreck
