While we know the restaurant is new the food wasn't as good as it was on Oahu, we will give it another try as it does take time to dial it in. The service was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful!

Aaron our waiter was extremely amazing. The food was delicious. Everything was just so beautiful and special. We were celebrating our 6 year anniversary and everyone , including our waiter Aaron made sure it was a special night. Mahalo nui Aaron!!

Food was good but arrived at different times of the dinner. Main waiter was very good, but was the only waiter. Other “managers” tried to pitch in, but were unqualified and useless. We went in knowing that it was expensive, but we did not get near the value we expected. Don’t think this place will make it. Will never go back.

It seems like Wolfgang's is still "getting its feet". Beautiful design and it felt special. Service fell a little short: a pen was not inserted in the folio with the credit card check, and waters were only refilled at our request. The night we went, the restaurant was only about 15% full so the sound level was wonderful - the background music truly stayed in the background, where I believe it belongs. We were looking for an entirely air conditioned, indoor experience, and called ahead to confirm. We were told it was plenty "chilly" in the indoor area, which is where we sat. It was not cool at all. All of the doors were open to the patio area and, being a particularly hot evening, we were a bit uncomfortable. We'd dressed for an air conditioned experience, and had to avoid ordering hot soup as a result. Food was tasty although baked potato was ever so slightly under-baked and not served hot. The cheese and butter on it didn't even melt. Caesar salad was great. Chopped salad was truly chopped -- a joy to see! Both salads would have benefited from being served on chilled plates. Would love to see a genuine petite filet on the menu. Their idea of petite was 8 oz. I think a petite should be 4 oz. Overall, though, we liked the place and would like to try it again when it's been a little more broken in.

We have been visiting Maui for a week all over the island and looked forward to a special dinner. This dinner was SPECIAL! Everyone from the hostess calling to reconfirm Ashley to all the staff being so attentive. The Blue crab appetizer was very generous. The rib eye was amazing! The baked potatoes, lobster Mac and cheese were all great. The special wines that Aaron, our server suggested including champagne for our Anniversary were all delicious. Aaron our server was the shining star that made the evening.

Food was very good. Service was well below expected. Almost 30 minutes to take a drink order. Two adjacent tables walked out. Restaurant wasn’t busy either

2nd time here - first time was delicious dinner and this time was lunch. Aaron the waiter was superb, the cocktails were outstanding, and delicious food. 👍👏😛

Very disappointed in this restaurant. 1) We instantly ordered French fries for the baby…..40 minutes later, we ordered our drinks and still no French fries. 2) We had to ask the server to wait on us. 3) The main course finally came out 1 1/2 later at which time we were done. The seared ahi looked terrible. We told them to wrap up the remaining main courses to go. They sent the ahi anyway and removed it from the check but overall a horrible experience. Will never go back.
