Located just north of the Demere Rd. round-a-bout in Redfern Village, in the heart of St. Simons Island, we offer a full bar, a wide selection of appetizers and seafood with an extensive raw bar and feature a pristine marsh view. Oyster offerings rotate from aquacultures up & down the East Coast, and are available raw or steamed as well as stuffed & baked. Meat eaters fear not! We offer a Filet, NY Strip and Pork Ribeye that will compete with any steakhouse in the area.

Enjoy cocktails & appetizers and enjoy the marsh view from the lounge on our back porch!

Notable appetizers include the Raw Oysters (of course!), Old Bay Chicken Wings, Drunken Clams and Southern Crab Dip. You can also, graze on a Double Cheeseburger, Po' Boy or Fish Tacos.

For dinner, Chef Ben's Special of the Day usually takes top billing, but the Seared Scallops with Tasso Cream and Shrimp & Grits with Red Eye Gravy are popular too. However, the Seared Pork Ribeye with Guajillo Butter is an unsuspecting hit!

Oysters good but small. Hard to find decent oysters anywhere these days it seems and you pay a small fortune. For an “oyster bar”, very disappointing. Their slaw is not good. House oil and vinegar dressing too skewed to vinegar. Fried shrimp were excellent. Very good fries. Would I go back? IDK.

We enjoyed lunch at Wolf Island Oyster Co. Arriving there early meant that the restaurant was very quiet, which was a pleasure since it can be noisy in the evenings. We were most impressed with the freshness of the food, particularly the salads and vegetables. The kitchen had a bit of trouble with our orders but overall a very nice experience!

Great meal! Ajillo was delicious and so was crab dip. Wings were actually amazing - the whole family loved them. Fish tacos were excellent. Oysters were tasty.

Wolf Island continues to be among the best coastal restaurants, Florida to Virginia. Hot boudin balls are a miracle; peel and eat shrimp were perfect. They have a terrific selection of entrees, including some beef. Along with Coastal Kitchen, this spot continues to be one of the very best casual plus seafood restaurants…the menu has a downhome feel, but ingredients and preparation give it a gourmet vibe. Beautiful inside; good view; best spot on island to watch college football at the bar with a few oysters and regional craft drafts.
