Anniversary dinner, great food, service was a little slow despite being only one of 3/4 tables there on a Wednesday at 9p. Food was really good, prices are appropriate for the location and quality.

We enjoyed Wolf so very much! Had to try goat cheese balls…delicious! Shrimp tacos were fabulous as well as the wagu ragu!!! Our waiter & ambiance were superb!!

Had an outstanding experience here for my birthday! The drinks and ambiance were fabulous, the service was great, and all the food was really solid. One of the best dining experiences in South Tahoe! As people have noted, it is on the louder side - better suited to a date or an energetic night out with friends than a low key evening with family or others who might be sensitive to noise and excessive stimulation.

Everything was good except the greeters behind the front desk. One looked lost, and one was not very friendly.

All Hype! Hostess was rude and snobby. Did a walk up for a reservation for six was told none available might try next-door another another restaurant. Use the OpenTable app. And made a reservation for the same evening. At the time of the reservation was told to stand and wait for them to call us. Other groups walked up and were immediately seated. After being seated ordered cocktails, and appetizers. one person in the party was drinking from a glass and did not notice that it had a chip in it and cut their lip. I brought this to the waitresses attention that the person cut their lip on a broken glass and was bleeding slightly all she offered was to get a new drink. She did not offer to get the manager involved nor did she comp the drink or even ask if the person was OK after this incident of the cut. Food was mediocre the burger tasted like an In-N-Out burger, actually In-N-Out tasted better. - and that’s not saying much. After food was served did not get much. How is everything or offered to keep the glasses full. I would not recommend this place -Overpriced Hype!

Had a party of 6 for annual Ladies Friendsgiving & 50th birthday. Made reservations 2 months in advance. Called several times the week of to be sure our request for a particular table & the celebration was acknowledged. Phone never answered & left 2 voicemails. NO call back. Got to restaurant & was seated at a GIANT round table that seats 8-9 (we were 6 ladies) NOT intimate at all (joked I would send carrier pigeon to friends across the table). Talked with lead Hostess & was told it would be 1-1.5 hours if we wanted the table I had requested (several times via phone calls & opentable) PROS: -Decor is absolutely stunning! -Server was great (except when she corrected us to tell us this is NOT fine dining. Hinting not to expect much) -Cocktails are incredible! The espresso martini was the best I ever had. Although I was again reprimanded when I asked what the "extras" on the glass were. -Wolf Bread was BEST thing on the menu CONS: -Never bothered to follow-up with me via phone prior to reservation -Table seated at was HUGE for 6 ladies who were dressed to the 9's for a fab night out -FOOD...Food was MEH... at best :( -2 of us ordered the $70 filet mignon. Although it was cooked perfectly there was NO flavor whatsoever. Not even a dash of salt. We both had to salt & pepper it. Have Never had to do this. The potatoes served...same. ZERO flavor. The 3 pieces of bacon wrapped asparagus were good. -2 of us ordered the Smash Burger. They both could only choke down 1/2 of it. Extremely salty. Ironic since the more expensive filet had ZERO flavor. -2 of us ordered the Lobster Cobb Sald. Both ladies said it was delicious -We also ordered the Wings & Cauliflower appetizers. Again...meh Our bill was near $700. I expect MUCH more. We are semi-locals (live in the valley) and we would NOT go back for dinner. Drinks, Yes. But very disappointed overall.

Beautiful restaurant. Way too loud of a space to have conversation during a date night. Our chairs were so low that we felt like little kids trying to eat at the adults table. Food was ok and the service was great. Probably wouldn’t go there again.

The appetizers were really good, we got the Tricolor cauliflower and Lobster ceviche. We also had the Peter Rabbit, super cute and decent tasting. For our mains, I got the Wagyu ragú and my friend got the 6oz filet. The food (including apps) was warm at best, which I’m not a fan of. I like my food hot when it comes to me and the filet was way over-cooked. When we got the new filet it was definitely better but still just warm. Which is not ideal in my eyes . Our waiter rarely checked in so we waited about 15 minutes to tell him our filet was over cooked so here I was eating my room temp food while my friend was just waiting. My ragú was ok but not spectacular. For the dessert we got the stone fruit cobbler and that was just bad. Something either tasted burnt or way too bitter so we couldn’t eat it. Luckily our waiter didn’t fight us on it and quickly took it off our bill. He was happy to help whenever he decided to show up. He was a nice man, very sweet. My water cup was never empty which is a plus, people were coming in re-filling. All in all, it was ok at most but disappointing especially when it started on a good note. Would only come here again if I wanted appetizers. But I’m not going to run at the chance to do so. Not worth the value in my opinion.
