My recent dining experience was extremely disappointing. Despite making a reservation four days prior, upon arrival, I was informed that a glitch in their reservation system had allowed bookings beyond their cutoff time. After a considerable wait to be seated, we were then completely ignored for over an hour. I had to flag down a passing server to finally place our order, and then endured another hour-long wait for the food to arrive. The combination of the reservation issue and the abysmal service was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

First timers and won’t be back. Poor service, not enough staff especially for the demand of Valentine’s Day. Customers walking around getting their own condiments and silverware. Customers chasing down wait staff and manager for food and check status. Total chaos. Food was horrible no taste, felt like an Asian style Applebees. Definitely will not go back. Only kudos goes to the hostess, that young lady kept a smile while patrons were being rude.

Just terrible. Understaffed. Slow slow slow. The food was like panda express but triple the price. No way they get repeat customers. Never again.

So the food was good as usual. The service was good, helpful. But they had live music in the bar… that traveled to the restaurant area making talking difficult.

It was a late date night but the food was great. I wish they would at least stay open until 10pm.

Hong Kong Steak is advertised as a grilled filet which gives the impression of a filet mignon but is rather a thin cut of ribeye. I requested the steak med rare and was given well done. I briefly mention this to the server/bartender TWICE and was ignored. Ordered a Paloma to drink and it was HORRIBLE. It was salty and tasted like a pre-bought margarita mix. Other person in my party ordered Singapore noodles and found it lacking spice and curry. There server/bartender despite ignoring my steak concern was nice. This was my second visit to this restaurant and I very much enjoyed it the first time. This second visit was not worth my time or the money I’d spent and I will most likely never visit this restaurant again. Was not worth the $200+ I spent there.
