I had reservations for (2) at 7:15pm for my wife’s birthday. When we arrived, I waited at the host desk for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. There were no staff in sight from the entrance. Once I was seated, I waited another 10 minutes before being acknowledged. I was inside the restaurant for 15 minutes and I did not receive even a water. When the bartender came to our table I let him know we had to decided to leave based on lack of service. Based on our experience, I will not return or recommend this establishment.

We had a great dining experience. Loved the food, especially the sushi. Good vibe inside the restaurant.

This place was SOOOOOOO good!!! I can’t wait to come back. Everything was tasty and priced well. Great for quick bites with friends or your sweetie

First time customer. My pho bowl and salmon avocado roll was excellent! My martini was on point. I highly recommend Wok n Fire.

Met up with some friends during Happy Hour. Really nice restaurant. Very clean. Food was delicious. Drinks were also good. The manager Kirsten was very friendly and came by our table to make sure we were doing well. I look forward to going back.

My recent dining experience was extremely disappointing. Despite making a reservation four days prior, upon arrival, I was informed that a glitch in their reservation system had allowed bookings beyond their cutoff time. After a considerable wait to be seated, we were then completely ignored for over an hour. I had to flag down a passing server to finally place our order, and then endured another hour-long wait for the food to arrive. The combination of the reservation issue and the abysmal service was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
