Our barroom and restaurant is currently open Friday through Tuesday for dinner and features craft cocktails, light bites and a wide range of seasonal culinary offerings inspired by the bounties of local Hudson Valley farms. Not just farmers in name, we believe in supporting farmers and producers who share in our passion of growing and preparing the finest products imaginable.
*You will be allowed to cancel your reservation at any time but please keep in mind that no shows and reservations canceled within 3 hours of your reservation time will be charged $25 per person. Due to the high number of restaurant reservation cancellations and no shows, our cancellation policy is not flexible, and the fee cannot be waived.
*Pavilion seating is fully covered and sat rain or shine- In the event of inclement weather we cannot guarantee alternative indoor seating

Food needs a major overhaul. Have been visiting Hudson since 2017 and W.M. Farmer is getting stale. Steak Tartare should be served with a crostini or crackers or something.

Great meal for a bday Our fault for not realizing there was meat in the cabbage appetizer- staff went above and beyond to replace the dish without charge Great vibes always with this place

Appetizers were fantastic. We had the carrots, the cabbage, the snail soufflé and the bread. Everything was carefully prepared and well spiced. Got the chicken livers, gnocchi and pork chop as main, but were too full from the appetizers to finish everything. Very generous portions. Bravo!

Food & service were both excellent here. Portions were perfect & the dining team were very attentive. They really want you to enjoy their offerings! And the offerings were really great! I had the mountain salad which was perfectly seasoned & fresh. The burger was juicy & flavorful as well. Loved the bread & butter pickles - lots of great embellishments. And the place is full of candles & lanterns. Very great atmosphere for enjoying good company & food. Next time, I'm ordering the pork chops, they looked fantastic! Will definitely go back!

Creative chef and every bite was delicious. The only thing that didn’t work was the soufflé appetizer. But the chicken livers were divine. The eggplant heavenly. Trout, chicken entree, burger all very top notch. Wonderful stuff going on here. Keep up the good work. It’s rare to find such passion in the food but it was here in everything. Bravo.

The menu had some interesting ideas but the execution was lacking. Servers and service were delightful. Noisy experience, likely due to the lack of soft surfaces. Some notable misses: Dry, almost stale biscuits Rubbery eggs and snails “soufflé” A middling pork chop
