Our barroom and restaurant is currently open Friday through Tuesday for dinner and features craft cocktails, light bites and a wide range of seasonal culinary offerings inspired by the bounties of local Hudson Valley farms. Not just farmers in name, we believe in supporting farmers and producers who share in our passion of growing and preparing the finest products imaginable.
*You will be allowed to cancel your reservation at any time but please keep in mind that no shows and reservations canceled within 3 hours of your reservation time will be charged $25 per person. Due to the high number of restaurant reservation cancellations and no shows, our cancellation policy is not flexible, and the fee cannot be waived.
*Pavilion seating is fully covered and sat rain or shine- In the event of inclement weather we cannot guarantee alternative indoor seating

Superb service from everyone. Patrick who recently joined the bar team from Casa Susanna was a welcome familiar figure. The Deluxe Burger, Pizzetta and Squid were my favourites. Patrick’s bespoke cocktail ( a Martini variant) for my girlfriend hit the nail on the head.

Really nice experience for an early dinner. We arrived in Hudson earlier than expected, really hungry, and the restaurant was able to accommodate our reservation for an hour earlier than scheduled. Easy to find, we ate in the bar/grill area. The waiter was extremely nice and quite attentive. We got the basic burger, which is absolutely huge and was yummy! Fries were good. I had the Frisée salad and the salad dressing made it scrumptious. My husband enjoyed the She Crab soup. The ambience was really nice. Would recommend the restaurant; would go again if we’re in Hudson NY.

Expected such better service given the reputation and prices of their food but it fell very short. Our server was rushed and never gave us more than 10 seconds of his attention. Felt like I was in a diner, not at a high end restaurant. The steak the three of us had was also just not great quality. Chewy and underwhelming. All agreed. We were also smushed between two other tables which doesn't make for an enjoyable, relaxing conversation situation with my table mates. Felt ripped off by the whole experience and wish I went elsewhere for my one of two nights out while visiting Hudson.

The curated mixed drinks were great. Atmosphere was also great. The food was good but not great. Price was fairly stratospheric.

Food needs a major overhaul. Have been visiting Hudson since 2017 and W.M. Farmer is getting stale. Steak Tartare should be served with a crostini or crackers or something.
