Check in was a little confusing as they didn’t show my Open Table reservation. It worked out anyway, we had great service, good attention and amazing food!!! Jonathan was an excellent server. All the staff were friendly & attentive, will be back!!

Great food, but not a really cozy atmosphere or romantic. Seats in the bar are a bit better for couples but they’re high tables, which isn’t super comfortable on your legs…

Steaks were great, caesar salad was fantastic and huge portion for price! Bacon mac and cheese was great as well as carrot cake! Good portion sizes for shareables. Brussel sprouts were overcooked and disappointing but will try something else next time. Great service!

Terrible service. Many mistakes like served starter (soup and oysters) at same time as main course. Sat us at unpleasant table by loud front door and very cold. Told us they turned heat up but couldn’t tell so sat through meal with heavy jackets on. Would not move us when asked even though we were only people in restaurant. When we left hour and half later there were still many open tables we could have been moved to. Will not go back. Very disappointed. So frustrating that they act like there was only one table to move us to that was reserved… but the bizarre part was it was an entire restaurant with no one but us in it and so many empty tables.

In order to honor that reservation, we were not able to move your group. We were happy to hear you were more comfortable after turning up the heat for you! We understand that service mistakes can heavily affect one's experience and we have used this opportunity to learn and grow as a team. We had a very nice 50th wedding anniversary at Wissota. Staff was happy and enthusiastic! Food was very nice and well presented. Price was inline with chophouse prices.

They said they were booked, there were 3 or 4 tablas full and probably 10 to 12 tables empty
