Led by Master Sommelier George Miliotes, Wine Bar George offers more than 200 wines by the glass, bottle and ounce. Enjoy wines from acclaimed and well-known wineries as well as growing regions that are up-and-coming. Whether you are looking for a glass of wine on tap or an ounce of some of the finest wine in the world, we have something for everyone to enjoy. The design for Wine Bar George is similar to a winemaker’s home estate with a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Our menu features masterfully paired wine and food and a selection of cocktails. George and his team look forward to pairing wine and food for you to enjoy.

    Great venue, great service by Christopher S. and great food. Our server, Christopher, was fantastic always monitoring our table and topping off my wine /water as needed. Also took the time to recognize my open table profile to know what I liked before I even ordered. We had the cheese board and skirt steak for 2-4, both very good and the entree was cooked perfectly. Entree was great value too as we couldn’t finish the platter. I recommend going here in the evening between 6-7 pm on a Thursday like we did (reservation needed). When your done there’s so much free music as you walk around Disney Springs that it makes for a great date night. Kudos once again to the staff at this great establishment.

    Always love the food and drinks. It is amazing to see the owner walking around, seating patrons and just being apart of the day-to-day operations. Please never close!

    Wonderful week day lunch experience. Sat by George himself. Accommodating, friendly, attentive staff. Wonderful food and drink selections. Great experience from top to bottom.

    Always wonderful! Celebration lunch with family. Food was perfect. Loved the Brussels sprouts with sweet potatoes plate, lamb loin cooked perfectly, and the steak frites are always a hit. Lovely wine recommendations. Beware the new zombie drink. It tastes great and packs a punch. Order if you dare and like rum!

    Wonderful wine selections. Such variety anyone can find what they want at variable price points. Was surprised on how tasty the food was especially the porchetta. If we are back in Orlando would visit again

    Brunch was wonderful and had options to suit everyone of us. I had the Burrata that exceeded my expectations. Others tried the steak and eggs, the wine country omelet and the stuffed French toast. Service was both friendly and efficient.

    We sat upstairs. Beautiful view as the sun was setting. The upstairs seemed quieter than downstairs. Food was delicious and fresh. Service was perfect. Nice to share plates and take our time to eat. Reservations highly recommended.

    Great experience! Amazing wait staff. Many different bottles of wine to choose from. Meatballs and short rib (seasonal) were amazing.
