The place is very pleasing to the eye. However, the food is not appetizing at all! The drinks were good! I would go back for drinks and that’s about it!

Had shrimp/crab bruschetta, salmon, cauliflower bowl, lettuce wraps, street corn, and brussel sprouts. Loved it all! Also enjoyed the Chicago Fire drink. Service was great, rooftop is a little noisy but will be so fun when the weather gets nice. Thumps up!

First time visiting . Food and atmosphere was amazing. Had an opportunity to talk to owner Steve what a great guy! We Started off with the Smokey old fashion and a glass of wine followed by the Calamari and Oysters as Apps ask for some horseradish on the side for the Oysters Highly recommend the Salmon, definitely spicey but probably one of the best prepared Salmon I have ever had. She enjoyed the Thai Chicken salad which was also excellent As a side try the Brussels Sprouts Presentation of all of the food was outstanding A Chicago class restaurant in Northwest Indiana a must try. we will be back.

Very happy to have this new restaurant in town! Amazing ambiance- nice enough for a date night but casual enough to pop in or bring the kids. Pizza, chicken sandwich and burger were all fantastic. Good drinks and service, no negative feedback to share at all. Eager to try other items on the menu during future visits and see how the salad and seafood oriented options are. Many of the lower star reviews mention the higher price point. It’s not the cheapest dining option in the area but we felt happy to pay for the solid quality and atmosphere. We need a menu and restaurant like this in the area!

Great energy, layout, style. Service was great. Bartender was nice and energetic. Food was just ok. We tried a few of the pasta dishes. Meh. Calamari was good tho. I’d go back. Maybe just for drinks.

Food was good. Expensive Chicago prices for something local. I know the prices of everything is going up. It is a Chicago like restaurant but local, which is nice. But $17 for a small cocktail is a little much. Atmosphere was on point. It will be nice to visit the rooftop in the summer.

I love the City of Chicago and this place gave me Hampton Social vibes which I loved. The food was good, and the appetizers were ok. I loved the chicken egg rolls, the calamari was too chewy for my liking. The desserts were unique so that’s ok too- they were yummy. I’d go back again, I live in Munster and I’d definitely go for drinks and appetizers.

I have been twice since they recently opened and the food is really good. We arrived as soon as they opened so there was no wait for a table. The reason I gave the service 4 stars instead of 5 is because our waiter was still in training so there were just a few technical things he needed work on, but his attitude was great. I look forward to checking out the rooftop in the spring/summer.

Food was decent, no complaints. It wasn’t that full for a New Year’s Eve yet we waited over 20 minutes after our meal was done to get our check. And truthfully over priced. For 40$ more we could’ve had a better meal at Rosebud.
