It was a mixed night. The food is extremely tasty, looks great and well presented. We ordered the set menu of 8 courses. It would help to have a separate menu that outlines what you are going to eat, but I was told that this did not exist. The waiter was happy to tell us verbally, but we decided to order this as we were told they were the most popular dishes. We enjoyed all of the dishes. The service is not great. Our first dishes arrived at the table before our drink order was taken. We ordered 2 cocktails and they arrived with our second serving of food. Both very enjoyable. The overall feeling of the restaurant felt "strained". I suspect they are still finding their feet. The 2 main people who felt like managers or owners were working very hard, but it seemed that the other waiters were not very experienced or not as engaged in their work. They were often asked to clear dishes or reset our table by the 2 men. Perhaps they just need more training. Overall an enjoyable night. Just a few niggles that need improving.

Wilma's food was delicious and the portions were big! We had the Feed Me banquet for 79pp and I'd say it was very well worth it. They accommodated where we wanted to sit because they don't really have private tables for 2 (meaning you'd have to share a table with other people if you're dining for two). We were sat at one of the bar tables which wasn't too bad. The highlight of the evening was when they gave us complimentary custards because we were celebrating a birthday. It was a nice, kind touch :) We tend to get forgotten when we wanted something followed up (requesting for the heater to be on, asking for the bill, etc) so we have to ask more than once or twice. But overall, the service was fantastic and they were all friendly. I'd absolutely eat here again, just wish they had actual tables for two instead of being put in a shared table with strangers.

Delicious food, the girls who served us were lovely 🤗 a bit noisy but with lots of people there you know it’s popular!

Wonderful night with each plate of the tasting menu earning its place as an experience. The pork is probably the best we have had and we are just back from Spain. Great to watch a kitchen that was happy doing really good work and connecting with the customers. We'll be back.

Great food and lovely service ( Irina was just great) . The booth tables are a little awkward and it’s very noisy downstairs (better upstairs). Would definitely go again.

Maybe we had them on a busy evening but we were underwhelmed by our recent visit. Seating was slow with only one person greeting. Our high table was in the outside area and felt like it was in a wind tunnel. We had the set menu and dishes ranged from tasty to very average. Chilli squid and fried rice were yum. Kingfish portion was tiny bordering on mean. The pork and broccolini were cold by the time they arrived and the eggplant was far too sweet. Service was haphazard, our main course was forgotten and we were offered some custard tarts to finish before the staff realised. Ambience was affected by a table of drunk blokes next to us. Our impression is that perhaps on a Saturday, Wilma was confused as to whether it was a restaurant or a pre-loading bar.

Amazing food and service. Portions are so generous we took some home. Highly recommend you try it out!

Our waitress Shelley was awesome; very accommodating, especially as we needed a different form of split bill due to being on a business trip... Shelley accommodated us beautifully. Food was amazing, our group of 7 had a great time
