Wonderful service! Mindful of theater time. But did not pester. Would definitely go back.

We are fans of the Halibut, which we look forward to. Unfortunately, the big, beautiful Halibut filets were a tad overcooked. Extra sauce helped the dryness. Our server was a delight and offered to take them back. We declined and went with the extra sauce. Otherwise another good meal.

We had a table of 8 and everyone's meal was exceptional! Willow Room can do no wrong, one of my favorite places in the city to take guests. Absolutely love this place!

Went for pre theatre but there was no rush because service was excellent and quite frankly the food was superb. Wherever I go that serves octopus, I try it to see if it can match the butter softness of an octopus carpaccio dish I had in Spain. Not carpaccio but very soft and buttery. Hats off to chef. And halibut dish was one of the best I ever had. Highly recommend.

Missed a dish when food was brought out which is Jo bug deal, mistakes happen, but then it was complete disappearance or waiter and not until we brought up the issue to busboy/man that the dish was actually brought and simply no effort to correct their mistake or own it Also took an hour to get the food to start with

Went to the Willow room before going to a play at Steppenwolf. The Barada was delicious as well as the scallops finished it off with some vanilla bean gelato great location great ambience.

Lovely dining experience! The decor is friendly and well curated. The room is very comfortable and we will definetly be back soon. Our whole table enjoyed the food and presentation.

Really had the most lovely time at Willow Room. My only note is to eat inside if you can. The patio is a little too close to the dumpsters. You can try and ignore the smell but it’s def there.
