Missed a dish when food was brought out which is Jo bug deal, mistakes happen, but then it was complete disappearance or waiter and not until we brought up the issue to busboy/man that the dish was actually brought and simply no effort to correct their mistake or own it Also took an hour to get the food to start with

It was our first time at the Willow Room and it did not disappoint. The service was great and the food was excellent.

Went to the Willow room before going to a play at Steppenwolf. The Barada was delicious as well as the scallops finished it off with some vanilla bean gelato great location great ambience.

Lovely dining experience! The decor is friendly and well curated. The room is very comfortable and we will definetly be back soon. Our whole table enjoyed the food and presentation.

Really had the most lovely time at Willow Room. My only note is to eat inside if you can. The patio is a little too close to the dumpsters. You can try and ignore the smell but it’s def there.

Willow Room could have a wonderful ambiance IF better sound insulation/acoustic tiles were incorporated into the dining room which reaches a deafening pitch at peak dinner hour. While our server could not have been more attentive, we found ourselves trying to communicate with sign language to make ourselves understood above the truly deafening roar. Menu options were very good and varied; however, would be nice to have a soup or 2 available. Cocktails and wine very ample but pricey. Would not recommend dining there for the simple reason of excessive noise.

Fantastic dinner here with friends. Kind and thoughtful staff, quick service, and our meals were amazing! We got the scallops, halibut, and truffle gnocchi, then shared the key lime pie and a couple rounds of drinks. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Will definitely be going back!

My go to place for a meal with friends! Everything is delicious! I love the Caesar salad and the burger and fries are amazing! Laura is the best server! I’ll be back soon!
