We had heard very good things about Willie's and were anxious to try it. I think my lower score is due to the location where we were sitting, which was behind a pole and not an attractively decorated area of the restaurant. More important, until we complained after being seated for a half hour, we did not get bread service or see our waiter to order dinner. In addition, this may seem small, but the server repeatedly served me reaching across the person sitting next to me instead of walking around to my side of the table. This is not fine dining service and is a simple matter of training. I don't know if the restaurant was understaffed, which put our waiter at a disadvantage, but we were disappointed. Fortunately, the food was enjoyable, and we were with good company.

We had a very disappointing dining experience at Willie's. From the moment we arrived the delays were evident. It took almost 10 minutes to get seated and at least another 10 minutes to be greeted by our server once seated. We ordered a bottle of wine and it took at least another 10 minutes to make it to the table. Then she had to leave again to get wine glasses. So it's now been 30 minutes since we arrived and we finally get menus. By this time we know something is definitely off. Eventually we did get our meals. We shared the beet salad and it was nicely presented and tasty. The entrees were so-so. The salmon was fine, however my halibut was mediocre at best. Perhaps it was just an off night at Willie's, but I suspect that they have serious staffing issues. With so many well-run restaurants in the valley - I would recommend leaving Willie's off your dining list!

The food was amazing but took forever to get out kf the kitchen. Our server, Jordan was phenomenal!!

Outstanding in every way… Food, quality, ambience, service is always good. My dinner on this visit consisted of a trio of soups… Each one was interesting and butter, not squash, ravioli that was a beautiful combination of flavors and textures. Highly recommend.

Willie’s remains a favorite dining spot for us. However, they seem challenged to provide the level of service we are accustomed to during the busy season. Our waiter was not attentive, the meal took too long as the kitchen was clearly backed up and the noise level upstairs made it difficult to hear or have a conversation.

We had an enjoyable meal with friends - we each had a different entree and were very pleased with the flavors and presentation - very nice wine selections - and the spacing between tables creates pleasant spaces for conversation. Also our server (Anthony?) was very friendly and efficient.
