Got one of the orders for main wrong...gave mozzarella as a vegan option. Vanilla crepe was inedible. Banana crepes were cold and crispy as they had been sat for too long before serving. I asked for one main and one dessert to be removed from the bill. The manager attempted to belittle me and would not accept that the restaurant was at fault. Eventually he did take the money off but he was very rude and standoffish. Needless to say we will not be returning and I would not recommend the William de Percy to anyone.

Overall good food, pie was amazing. The staff were really friendly and service was great.

On a warm day it was nice and cool while we sat inside for our Sunday lunch. All staff we encountered were polite & friendly. The lunch was delicious and there was plenty of it. We would definitely recommend the William De Percy to friends & family and we would call again if we were in the area.

The food was lovely, the noise was up as England game was on next to the bar. Staff where friendly service was good

I had the beef pie which was lovely but it did need the accompanying gravy. Friend had the chicken burger which was nice but nothing special. Waitress was lovely but service was very slow especially as it wasn’t busy.

Staff were very accommodating as we wanted to eat earlier than our booked time. Even though they were catering for a wedding they fitted us in. What struck me most was the hygiene efforts of the staff. Spotless. Food was very good and well priced. You will see us again.

Food was lovely apart from the crepes where by far the worst we have ever had and we sent them back once and got given new ones which wel here just as bad so didn’t eat them either! Apart from that services was good but awfully slow especially having our order taken when we first came in to the restaurant

First time here for a birthday celebration and will definitely return. Waiting staff were excellent, food was really tasty, we had the steak pie and steak, lovely. Our 2 dogs were treated to little biscuits too, lovely touch, thank you. What a great little find, thanks to all involved in making it a great birthday meal.
