                                        This was my third time eating here. Unfortunately, probably my last. We had a 7:30 reservation so we could watch fireworks at 9:00. The restaurant was not busy. Our entrees came out at 8:40. My husband and I ordered the Chateaubriand, medium rare. It came out barely pink. We had the manager come over to see it for himself. We didn’t want to reorder the same thing as it would take too long to recook. He wasn’t apologetic at all. He kept saying “what can I get you on the fly”? We ordered the short rib, which we had last time we were there, but it was also not up to par. The manager walked by 3 times after our reorder, but never stopped to see how things were. Not that we were looking for compensation on our bill, but wouldn’t you think he would have at least offered us a dessert or an apology? He seriously is not management material.

                                        We had been to SC Prime on several occasions and were looking forward to checking out its replacement. The interior is beautiful. We had an amazing experience overall. From the host, server (Michael) and the manager who was on duty that night. They all really have a sense of pride for the place. Wine list was responsibly priced. Food was perfect. Best Oyster Rockefeller I have had in a while. The oysters were a nice size. Both our steaks were cooked perfectly. I definitely recommend giving it a try. Happy Hour seems like a great deal, but reservations are recommended. Cheers!

                                        Another fine meal. Shared 24 ounce T-Bine steak cooked perfectly. Delicious meatballs and crab cakes for appetizers. Took to go, chocolate cake and banana cream pie. Both “To die for”.

                                        Impeccable service from Michael and Bobby. Great food, always consistent and beautifully presented. Highly recommend the crab cakes (no fillers) and seafood tower. A wonderful anniversary dinner date!

                                        This was our first visit to William B's and we were pleasantly surprised by the superior staff and excellent meal. The seafood options are second to none. The bas area has several spirt options, excellent seating outstanding staff

                                        Must have been short staffed. Service slow, bread was hard along with bake potato. Never cleared off table from dishes. Never asked did we want another drink. Took my dad there for his birthday. Super super disappointed. Do not recommend.
