Food was outstanding and everything was perfectly cooked. Service was very good and the server was attentive and the pace of the meal was great. It was our first time there but I would go again.

Although generally a nice place to eat, a45 min service normally took 2 hrs tonight. The kitchen with 4 cooks was extremely slow. 6 maybe 8 2 top reservations. Very disappointed in what is supposed to be a top level steak house.

Service was excellent! Food was mediocre. Steaks/meat were over-seasoned. Wont be going back.

Always enjoy William B’s. Filet was very good tonight, but a bit below previous two visits.

This is my second time dining at William B's at Paradice Casino and I will definitely dine there again when i am in the area. The entire staff was attentive and knew that a person in our party was celebrating a birthday. He made it clear he did not want to be sung to so when you ordered a desert for the table to share, they wrote Happy Birthday on the plate. it was a very nice touch.

Service was great but all 3 of our steaks were not cooked the way we requested them. Sides were not good either. For what we paid we expected better quality. They do nothing for birthdays either. Wouldn’t return.

Our dinner was great! The service was wonderful. The steak was cooked perfectly. We could not have asked for better food or service!!!

Overall a very positive experience. To be overly critical, which I desired as a former restaurant manager, the coconut shrimp was a bit bland - needed salt IMO. The Chicken marsala on the otherhand was the opposite with too much salt. Maybe the sauce was overly dehydrated as the flavor was more intense than expected. That being said, I would recommend both to others.
