    Awesome experience food was great steak’s perfect server Brian very good at his job . Will definitely recommend to everyone. Catalina best bartender in town so professional.

    Awesome bartender Catalina very friendly outgoing great personality. Karen manager very attentive to guests needs and very helpful with everything. Lobster tails overcooked couldn’t eat or chew. Food lately not as good as as use to be and always taste it but f something quick on busy days. Kitchen needs be ready and serve quality food not be rushed. Great staff would recommend to anyone eat here but maybe call ahead see what they out of

    The food at William Bs is fantastic from the appetizers, entrees to the desserts. The carrot cake is to die for.

    Ribeye was spectacular. Our appetizer and salad were delicious. Not to impressed with the Lobster mac n cheese.

    This was our first (and last) experience dining at William B's. We'd heard about the prime rib and were excited to travel from Chillicothe to your location in East Peoria. While the atmosphere and service were excellent, to say the prime rib was a disappointment would be an understatement. Prime rib is expected to be tender, juicy and able to be cut with a butter knife. However, this was certainly not my experience. I sent the steak back twice and should've sent it back a third time, but at that point had given up any hope of a better quality piece of meat. With an a la carte menu that boasts prices rivaling big city steakhouses, one has a certain expectation of the meal to follow. The manager visited our table and, while pleasant and professional, it did little to improve my feelings about the meal. The rest of my party enjoyed what they ordered, so the evening wasn't a total loss.

    It was an awesome experience per usual. Danielle was par superb as our server. The atmosphere was energetic and delightful. The prime rib was very good, cooked perfectly. The carrot cake slices as our dessert was as big as most cakes.
