Our server, Laura, was extremely wonderful and the food was delicious especially the Espresso Martini.

The food was great, but the overcrowded valentines day seating chart killed the ambiance. On non-holiday days the ambiance and space is enjoyable, but you can tell the restaurant packed in tables for the holiday rush (but what do we expect?). We were so close to couples next to us that it was hard to have our own conversation. Even the servers struggled to get in and out of the tight table arrangement.

Pretty good spot, maybe the fact that I came on a holiday weekend made it seem like it was a bit understaffed but other than that a good experience overall

Cry reading for some wine and appetizers with family a lot less crowded than we thought but we tried some very good warning from Austin. Hope and I’ll definitely be back for a full bottle.

Food was good, but service was very slow given that there were very few people in the Restaurant on Super Bowl Sunday. At the end we waited more than 15 minutes for a creme brulee. I ordered espresso which was served but it took 10 minutes to get someone's attention for some sugar. The cornbread appetizer was great and the portion size was large so we took food home. Nice restaurant they just need to be attentive to customers

Really terrific! We had the poke which was ample and superb, served with large flexible rice crackers and delicious sauces. The ribeye was large enough to share, and seasoned just right. Good wines by the glass, too.

The person that served us for Sunday brunch was really awesome. I really liked her and she tried to resolve a minor issue I had with the temperature of my meat and went above and beyond. I was reconnecting with an old friend after many years and really appreciated the amount of attention and the amount of space that was provided.

Excellent food and large portions. HIghly recommend the fabulous cornbread skillet. All of the sandwiches are excellent as is the petite filet for lunch. The butter cake is to-die-for but best for a several people.

It was my first time at Willard Hicks. The restaurant setting was really nice and the noise level was at a good level. The food was good with a good portion. The only thing lacking in my visit was the service. Our waitress was not real friendly And we had plates sitting on the table for a long time after they were not needed any longer. There was a small spill on the table and took a long time to be able to track someone down to help clean it up. When they finally came to the table, they handed me a napkin to clean up the mess myself which I did not have a problem with, but they walked away and I had to flag someone down to take away the dirty napkin with the spill on it. This would’ve been a perfect five star review if the waitress and her support staff were on the ball. Maybe it was just a bad night for them. I will try the place again.

The service at Willard Hicks was absolutely awful. Everything was a wait--drinks, apps, mains. in a couple of instances the waiter came to deliver food or drinks, but did not bother to check and ask for more orders. Additionally, the food was very so-so. Finally, for a higher end restaurant, the DJ and music was rather wacky. Overall, very unimpressed....
