It was my first time at Willard Hicks. The restaurant setting was really nice and the noise level was at a good level. The food was good with a good portion. The only thing lacking in my visit was the service. Our waitress was not real friendly And we had plates sitting on the table for a long time after they were not needed any longer. There was a small spill on the table and took a long time to be able to track someone down to help clean it up. When they finally came to the table, they handed me a napkin to clean up the mess myself which I did not have a problem with, but they walked away and I had to flag someone down to take away the dirty napkin with the spill on it. This would’ve been a perfect five star review if the waitress and her support staff were on the ball. Maybe it was just a bad night for them. I will try the place again.

The service at Willard Hicks was absolutely awful. Everything was a wait--drinks, apps, mains. in a couple of instances the waiter came to deliver food or drinks, but did not bother to check and ask for more orders. Additionally, the food was very so-so. Finally, for a higher end restaurant, the DJ and music was rather wacky. Overall, very unimpressed....

We had a wonderful dinner at Willard Hicks. We chose to do a salad along with four starters/shared dishes. All were very delicious. The restaurant was decorated for NYE and had photo opportunities which were fun to utilize. Only down side was our server—she was not the most attentive especially compared to what we saw others receiving in the way of service. But with that said, the manager was awesome even offering to take pics for us and the other wait staff were helpful when called upon. We will be back as we love WH!

We love sitting in the bar area at the high tops - much better service and love the vibe. Juanita & Ariana are the best bartenders!

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner at Willard Hicks! The service was exceptional, the food was outstanding, and we were thoroughly pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

I went there with five other people, and the service was extremely slow. I ordered appetizers before my party even arrived, and my party arrived. And we still waited. 15 minutes. The waitress at our table was extremely slow and never came back around to ask how things were.

I had made birthday reservations. I showed up 30mins before my actual reservation time. Nobody was dinning in that restaurant but one group but they left almost as quickly as we entered the restaurant. Everything was wonderful besides the service. I don’t believe the server was pleasant to start with. The best way to describe her as a server was she was there for a paycheck. Interaction was short and to the point, she didn’t ask is this a special occasion. She gave the bare minimum. Another thing to note, I requested bags for our left overs and as I was getting our food into the bags the server was cleaning the table. That was very rude of her knowing we were still there and family was seated. What was the rush?? She had no other tables to tend to, the restaurant was empty. I refused to say anything since it was my birthday but definitely an unpleasant experience with her as my server. Anyone who’s dinning deserves exceptional customer service. Your restaurant missed the mark unfortunately.

We were pleasantly surprised! We had booked sight unseen on Open Table, and when we saw the place started worrying it might exceed our budget. The menu alleviated our concerns. Not only was it no more expensive than equivalent restaurants, the majority of offerings were significantly less! The food was fresh and varied, with some really wonderful treatments. I had the half rack of ribs which was falling off the bone tender with a chipotle barbecue sauce. These were the meatiest ribs I have ever had - so much so that I could only eat a little more than half! We’ll be back
