The service we received from our waiter was absolutely amazing. He was so attentive and funny. Great customer service from him all around and one of the other s I was in same area.. she checked on us as well in which was very complimenting! The food was good but could’ve been hotter coming out but overall everything was GREAT!!

A lovely spot for a mid week date night. Food and service were amazing. Enjoyed the cheese dip, blackened redfish and pecan crusted chicken. The bread pudding was a perfect treat!

Jeffery provided outstanding service! Our appetizer and entrees were prepared perfectly. We always enjoy our dining experience at Wildwood - Richardson.

Our waiter lacked experience. He didn’t present/open our bottle of wine as customary. He didn’t allow us to taste it first. And he poured large portions. Out salad and meal came out fine. Both were delicious and at the appropriate temps. We ordered deasert and i ordered coffee with a side of baileys. My husband ordered baileys on the rocks…his arrived with very little baileys but a lot of ice. My coffee was cold. Normally i would send i back but i didn’t feel like dealing with it. He never asked me if i wanted another cup. Lastly, it took a very, very long time for our dessert/chocolate cake to be delivered. (We noticed that a table near us had similar issues with their desserts and they sent them back.) assuming the cake was already made there was no plausible reason foe the wait. Not did he provide any reason. He did comp our dessert. I think the waiter just needs to be coached more. He needs to learn to pay attention to details.

Another excellent meal at Wildwood! The drink menu is creative and cocktails are a good value compared with competitors. The smoked cauliflower appetizer, blackened redfish l, and hanger steak were all outstanding. Service from Betty, who has taken care of previously once again provided great service. Will ask specifically for her again

From host to management and everyone in between, we were made to feel special for our anniversary. First time here and we will be back! Try the Dragon Dip!

I came in from out of town to take my family out to dinner. This was everyone’s first time. Angel, our waiter, was a very good server. He was knowledgeable about the food & drinks & attentive. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing! I ordered the Hanger Steak (medium rare) with mashed potatoes & green beans. The steak was overcooked, chewy and very grisly. The mashed potatoes were cold. My husband ordered the burger and it was SO overcooked. It was obviously not made fresh to order. (Ordered med-rare) My parents ordered the ribs and they were dry and cold as well. The bread pudding was good and the burrata appetizer was ok. We did tell Angel about the steak and he replaced timely with a salad. We never saw a manager otherwise we would have brought this to their attention.
