Join us for a custom 4 course menu paired with a Schramsberg sparkling wine to complement. The evening begins with Tomato & Basil Bisque & Grilled Cheese paired with Mirabilis Spritz Cocktail, followed by Blackened Redfish paired with a Blanc de Blancs, Beef Tenderloin Stroganoff paired with a Blanc de Noirs and ends with a Turtle Bread Pudding paired with a Demi-Sec. Brian Phillips, Wilson Daniels National Accounts Director, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. Plenty of delicious food. Portions were huge, except a tad disappointed in the mashed potato portion. It was only enough for one person. Lots of choices for entrees and sides. Plenty of leftovers to take home.

Up visiting son in Northern Virginia for Thanksgiving, and settled on Wildfire. So glad we did, the meal, service, ambience and overall experience was amazing. Our server Anna did an outstanding job, ensuring we understood the family style meal and had enough of each item. The turkey was moist and flavorful, and out beef tenderloin tender and cooked to perfection. The sides were amazing, and desserts delicious. We were even able to take home some leftovers (what is Thanksgiving without leftovers?). The noise level was very nice as we were early, and although it increased as the room filled up, we were still able to have a conversation. Overall a very enjoyable experience for a Thanksgiving dinner away, almost like home.

Wildfire Schaumburg is our favorite place to dine, period. The Wildfire at Tyson’s is a close rival. The Thanksgiving dinner was exemplary with ample servings and flavorful menu. My son and I had long lauded this special occasion location to the wife and today she had the opportunity to experience it for herself. She was very pleased and we are again one happy family.

We were a party of four for lunch. We enjoyed delicious salads, crab cakes and coconut shrimp main courses. The shared key lime pie was tart and creamy- dessert lovers’ delight! Our server was attentive, and our booth was quiet and comfortable. (We had requested a quiet area of the restaurant and appreciated the accommodation.) We will be happy to return for another dining experience.

We enjoy dining here and generally speaking everything is as expected. Tonight was extraordinary because of our waitress Wilma. We had never had her before and we were impressed with her friendly personality, her attentiveness and her overall desire to make our dining experience enjoyable. She excelled in every sense of the word. Our dinner was excellent, from the Beef Wellington to the Crab Cake entrees along with the shrimp cocktail and goat cheese appetizers. The cornbread was fresh and warm ( not rubbery) and the peach green tea was to die for. Wilma surprised us with a complimentary piece of chocolate tort with a candle where she thanked us for being good clients of Wildfire. This was completely unexpected but was warmly received. Everything was wonderful but we missed seeing management during our trip tonight.
