The evening begins with Homemade Merguez Sausage & Pickled Strawberry Crostini paired with Dry Rosé of Mourvèdre, followed by Seafood Paella paired with Viognier, Charbroiled Bison Hangar Steak paired with "Ancient Vines" Red Blend and ends with a Chocolate Pavlova paired with Late Harvest Mourvèdre. Jesse Morrow, Cline Cellars Midwest Sales Manager will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. Food and service was great, randomly the lights would come on very bright then eventually fade back to normal but the Air con or some kind of exhaust fan was really noisy.

Ordered the fillet, medium rare. Came out medium well -dry. very poor quality meat-tasted like a sirloin. Steak knife came out with the handle in the steak goo so I had to use my regular knife. Fries. were soggy and cold. Mashed potatoes were lukewarm at best. Crabcakes texture like mashed potatoes with almost no crab meat. ( I now see other reviews with the similar crab-cake comments ) Just really awful all the way around. Had a 730 reservation and we were catching up with old friends while drinking some wine. Waitress kept coming back to take order, and I told her we would move the menus to the table next to us when we were ready and she was rushing us to take our order -even though we hadn’t moved the menus To the next table. Just a very awkward experience and our friend had a new partner, so it wasn’t ok to ask for a manger -especially when so many things were wrong. … When we paid the check, we gave two credit cards. I realize that they were closing but it was just around 930 -but she came over and took the one Credit Card slip that my friend had filled out continuing to rush us… Couldn’t have waited 2 to 3 more minutes for the other credit card slip to be signed??? The place was pretty empty for a Friday night at 7:30. I don’t know if they’ll last.

Great food prepared well. Our server (Matt G) was informed on the menu and attentive to the gluten allergy one of the people in our party has, bringing her a delicious gluten-free roll to start the meal. His pacing and interactions with us we fantastic - he learned our names and was tuned in to our orders and references. Kudos to a small, but meaningful touch - we had noted it was a birthday celebration and a small birthday cake with lit candle was presented at the end of the meal. Well done, Wildfire.

What a wonderful experience! We wanted to take our friends out for a lovely dinner and to thank them for hosting us! This was perfect great steaks, scallops and burgers and fantastic desserts. The service was impressive! We will come again!

The food was delicious and the servers were very attentive. We sat in the front 'patio' area overlooking the mall. It wasn't the best view, but not terrible. Overall, would come here again.
