Ordered the 7oz filet mignon cooked medium rare along with honey roasted potato and vegetable medley. Steak was done perfect but could have had a little more flavor to it. All in all it was a lovely dining experience and I would recommend for a special occasion.

We had concert tickets got there before 6 told our server we had to go at 7:30 we barely made the concert at 8 food was very slow I waited over 15 minutes for a dessert also had price fixed and wasn’t allowed to ask for a naked potato instead of mashed potato which was kind of ridiculous to me food was meh next time I’ll go to the keg

Food was good, and service was good except far too slow. We waited 10 minutes at the door before being seated, with nobody in line but us, and very few tables occupied. We waited very long to get our salads. Entrée was not an unreasonably long wait. Waiter apologized and said the salads would be complementary. But they were not. Didn't have time to argue, since we were late for our theater appointment. Waiter had promised to get us out on time, but it didn't happen. There were only two wait staff, and I think only one in the kitchen. They needed more staff. Waiter gave us great advice on the extensive wine list, and took great care to avoid my allergens.

Thoroughly enjoyed. Great ambiance. The Manager was perfect . His demeanor was awesome. Will be back. Staff were very attentive.

Our reservation was good and table was ready. Our server Marcus was fantastic. Drinks came on time. First course was great, three of us had the grilled Caesar salad and one the French onion soup. Came out right temp and in good time and the grilled Caesar was different and tasty. Then it was taking forever to get the meals. Marcus then came to say they had some larger parties. Still delayed by a lot. Finally the meals came out. Two of the steak meals were fine (not exceptional cuts of meat for the price, but fine). The other two dinners - cold steak, not just warm, actually cold. They were taken back and reheated, still not warm enough but we were too hungry to send back. The manager charged 1/2 price for those two meals. Desserts were fine but not exceptional. We went as we had heard good things but would not return. Again service was good but kitchen was not able to deliver and we could see disappointment from other customers getting money off their bill. Maybe it was a bad night but it was our first impression. Appreciate the acknowledgment of difficulties.

Our server was very nice and polite. The food was very excellent. I highly recommend this place. It was very clean and it was very affordable. Good quality food.

Great restaurant. Close to home. Celebrated our wedding anniversary. Great food choices. And prices were reasonable. Will definitely go again. Service was excellent as well.

What can I say. Wildfire has become our "go-to" restaurant in Durham. Eighteen months ago, we gave it a try and have taken and sent friends. Not one person we know has had a bad experience or food. They have taken what I consider the perfect business model. When only open from 4PM to 9PM Tuesday to Sunday, they perfect the business they wish to become. No breakfasts and no lunches they only do what they do extremely well. I guess that is why my wife and I have been there 4 times in the last month! If you want great service, outstanding ambiance and fantastic food, try Widfire
