Our philosophy is to attempt to source wild-caught fish, local pasture-raised poultry and grass-fed poultry, as well as plant-based meals that promise to be flavorful options to those who choose to eat meat-free. We offer allergen sensitive options for gluten-free, dairy-free, nut and seed free. Whenever possible we strive to offerproducts without hormones and steroids and the restaurant strives to be cruelty free and to supports local organic, biodynamic and sustainable farms. Provisions not made in house will be sourced from the coolest epicureans. Health conscious casual fine dine in a beautiful setting with live entertainment nightly. Indoor/outdoor dining. Palm Spring's Life best new restaurant and Wine Spectator award winner. GREAT FOOD, GREAT DRINKS, and a GREAT TIME!

Excellent and extensive menu with lots of vegetarian options. Everything was delicious and the musician was very talented and just the right volume. Highly recommend!

The food here is incredible. The salmon is my fav, served up with veggies perfectly cooked and seasoned. Hats off to the chef.

Wildest on El Paseo in Palm Desert is a hidden gem with a unique and inviting vibe paired with an excellent original menu! We were greeted and seated by our host Mike and our waiter Brian provided an attentive, informative and fun level in table side service. A big hit was the 3 shared starters for our party of four… the ahi aside toasted plantains, the artichoke and a uniquely superb and plentiful sprouts presentation. Our entrees were ravioli, vegetarian paella,short ribs and the daily special duck. We are a sharing family and each of us thought our own entree was the winner. We enjoyed the flatbread as a shared entree accompaniment and we only had room for two shared desserts - the superb chocolate cake and incredible pineapple upside down cake. Our wine was very enjoyable and the live mellow entertainment was enjoyed by the entire restaurant. Wildest is a must experience Palm Desert gem!

The filet was average but the tuna tartare was very good but was missing the sweet potato chips. You were also out of one of the entrée’s.

Enjoyed having an upscale vegan dining experience! The best meal I’ve had at a restaurant since going vegan. My husband who is not vegan also loved his meal. It was nice to go to a restaurant that had something we both could enjoy on the menu. The ambience and service was 10/10. The musician playing that night was excellent, the volume of the music was just right. Was able to enjoy the music while still maintaining conversation without having to yell. Highly recommend this restaurant!

A lot of vegan and gluten free options but also red meat, seafood, chicken. Good alcohol free elixirs. Fresh, organic well seasoned dishes.

Every time we go to Wildest it’s amazing service, food and tons of delicious soy free vegan options! This is the absolute best restaurant especially for us with weird dietary restrictions. The musician who plays 3 or 4 nights a week is excellent too! Always remember to tip him!
