Our philosophy is to attempt to source wild-caught fish, local pasture-raised poultry and grass-fed poultry, as well as plant-based meals that promise to be flavorful options to those who choose to eat meat-free. We offer allergen sensitive options for gluten-free, dairy-free, nut and seed free. Whenever possible we strive to offerproducts without hormones and steroids and the restaurant strives to be cruelty free and to supports local organic, biodynamic and sustainable farms. Provisions not made in house will be sourced from the coolest epicureans. Health conscious casual fine dine in a beautiful setting with live entertainment nightly. Indoor/outdoor dining. Palm Spring's Life best new restaurant and Wine Spectator award winner. GREAT FOOD, GREAT DRINKS, and a GREAT TIME!

    Everything was great. Appetizers were very tasty, Ahi tuna tartar was my favorite. Ordered the Filet medium rare and and came out well done. They made me a new one which was perfect and very tasty. The Buttercake desert was amazing.

    We had not been to Wildest for several years, and cannot image why not. The menu offered many choices including special Christmas Eve selections, service was top notch, parking was easy, and prices not over-the-top. Even though there was a full house, it was just pleasantly festive, not too noisy. We highly recommend the short ribs. The fresh fish of the day (Sea Bass) was OK, but probably would choose something else next time. And there will be a next time!

    On Christmas Eve we had a party of 14 which is a challenge in itself. From Michael’s greeting to Page’s recommending desserts, the service was impeccable and food exceptional. In our group, we had someone who was a vegan, another a celiac and the menu gave them several choices. Wildest checked all five stars.

    The food and the service was excellent. Mike was able to accommodate our party. Bryan was an excellent server and paid a lot of tension to our table. Our Christmas Eve dinner couldn’t have been better. The food was hot prime rib was cooked perfectly. Couldn’t ask for anything more. M Moore

    We had an amazing dinner at Wildest, and I can't stop thinking about it! I opted for the Prime Rib special, which came with the most delicious Gruyere gratin potatoes and perfectly cooked green beans — a true comfort food win. I also tried a refreshing hibiscus margarita, which was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. We started with a grilled truffle Caesar salad that had just the right amount of richness and a tomato and burrito salad that was light and flavorful. Everything was prepared with such care, and the flavors were top-notch! Our server, Paige, was absolutely wonderful. She was so thoughtful, attentive, and made our experience even more special. If you're in Palm Desert, Wildest is a must-visit — delicious food, great drinks, and top-tier service!

    We were pleasantly surprised that the vegan offerings were so creative. We had the mushroom scallops and they were delicious. The salads however were disappointing price-wise. The wedge salad was $16, and we were ok with that, however we also ordered a vegan caesar and for some reason the price for that was $23! That's just for 2 small wedges of salad. Why it was so much more, I'm not sure, but I thought that was out of line, even for a high end restaurant. Other than that, the service was excellent and the vibe there was really nice--including live music which added to the ambience.

    Best meal we have had in quite a while! The service was great and ambiance was nice. Food was fresh and delicious! I had the Seabass and it was amazing. Partner had short ribs and he said they were juicy and tender. Butter cake for dessert, so yummy. Wine a little pricey for 9 oz pour. I loved the whole meal. We highly recommend

    Disappointed Haven’t been back in a couple of years. Nothing special and expensive. Manchegp app was like uncooked risotto- thought I might break a tooth. Short ribs okay but tasted a bit burnt and mashed potatoes too thick and dense. Not creamy at all. Husband thought his scallops were okay. $180 for two ppl. Only two drinks. Won’t be back. No holiday decorations and not festive at all.
