Appalachian tradition is rich in grit, resourceful charm, and determination, which drives our culinary heritage. At Wilder, we cultivate farm-to-table ingredients transformed by an appreciation for international cuisine to offer a fun and unique approach to well-loved Southern staples.

Four-Course Dinner experience offered Thursday - Saturday $85/person.

Bistro Menu offered Wednesday - Saturday for an à la carte menu. Reservations recommended.

Sunday Brunch
Each Sunday, starting at 10 am, enjoy a garden-fresh dishes on an à la carte menu $35/person.

20% service fee assessed on all charges. Additional tipping optional.

Limited reservations are offered nightly. Non-alcoholic beverages included.

Wilder at Windy Farms is a beautiful property. The restaurant facility is lovely with wonderful views and an attentive staff. That being said, ambience was lost on the food. Everything was well prepared, but the flavor fell flat. Food was good, but bland. Maybe brunch is not where the Wilder shines.

WOW! This farm to table experience is one of the top we have had in East Tennessee. They have only been open a few years - we are so happy we got to experience this jewel of a restaurant before they have a year long waiting list. Outstanding couture food, ambience and staff. (Try all of the deserts - there is nothing that compares to them around this area.)

Absolutely amazing farm experience that makes you feel worlds away from Knoxville but so close. Mountain View, tree tops, herbs, just gorgeous! Farm to table with a salad grown for us. Definitely will go back! So relaxing and fun!

Magnificant place with views every where. Food and service could not be beat. Highly recommend this for a special dinner and Sunday brunch.

Closest thing to a 5 star restaurant in Knoxville area. Erik was a wonderful server plus the entire team is obviously dedicated to making the meal great. The Chef came to our table three times to ensure our meal was perfect. Been here many times and never disappointed.

Overall a very disappointing experience. We went for Sunday brunch to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant called and noted they would do something for the birthday guest. We were so looking forward to a wonderful meal. We had dying flowers on our table, missing silverware and made several requests before receiving forks. The lemon ricotta beignets were AMAZING and the best part of the meal. We didn't get plates for the beignets till we were almost done enjoying them. The catfish itself was very good, but it sat upon a lightly burnt potato crepe and was covered in a thick brown mess topped with walnuts. Yuck! The NY strip benedict had over cooked poached eggs the beef was very skimpy but cooked well. To end it all, the waitress was snarky and with the tip included we were stuck! Oh and the special birthday something never came. At this point we were so disgusted we paid the bill and left. We will not return.
