Come here for the first time with my partner in a date night and the waiter was so lovely and friendly she had a big smile on her face sorry not sure of her name she was great from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out again we didn't even wait to long for our dinner it was a lovely restaurant inside lovely decorated and it was a busy night and they only had to people serving and they was also doing the bar at the same time but they still got the dinner out on time and our drinks the pudding I had fruit cocktail and cream not that good it was out of a tin I only had it because I thought it was gonna be fresh fruit that was disappointing but it didn't ruin my date night my partner had the cookie dough and ice cream he said it was delicious so i would highly recommend coming to the restaurant i will be back soon

The worst and only negative thing about the evening was the food. We didn't mind waiting for our food but when the time difference between the first and last meal to be served is 30 to 40 mins that is ridiculous as it was 9nly 6 mains and a child's meal. When it did all arrive it wouldn't of been too bad if the quality of the food was any good but my daughter's hotdog was very cold, as was my macaroni. The kids meal came out extremely hot so after seeing people get served and waiting for her food my granddaughter couldn't eat it when it did come. There was a very strong taste of oil on the chips and they were very oily, even tho deep fried I've never had that before. The other dishes were a mixture of the same but also very bland and just tasteless. We did hear and see practically every other table complaining about pretty much exactly same issues, cold food mostly. We did give a tip to the waiting on staff as none of what was wrong could be attributed to them and we felt that they tried their very hardest to make everything right for the customers and its not the kitchen that gets all the grief it's the waiting on staff who have no control over how the food comes out. After wanting to visit for over a year now all I can say 8s we were all extremely disappointed and will not be visiting again.

Very good! Busy but wasn't surprised so a slight wait on food but the food itself was delicious. All cooked perfectly! Staff were kind and friendly and helped out really well.

We arrived to be told that they couldn’t accommodate booking. They do not do bookings on Friday and Saturdays. Walk in only. This was after booking online via open table and speaking to them twice. To be fair, They did manage to find seats over 2 tables. We managed to get everyone on one table, but server then commented that they didn’t have extra chairs. Extra chairs were found. Staff member who took order when bringing over the food then commented that we may not be able to fit all the food on one table- which we did. When it came to paying, we were splitting the bill over 2 cards. The server then huffed and was not happy that we were doing this and abruptly said you will need to pay at bar if splitting over cards. We did this and the server at the bar who managed to get us seats was nice enough to be able to take the money. The food was ok, could have been warmer but it wasn’t cold. I feel there wasn’t enough staff on and they seemed rushed. Would I go back if it was quieter, yes in the hope I get a happier server.

This is only our 2nd time to Wild West Diner and as the 1st visit it did not dissapoint. Staff friendly and accommodating, food outstanding and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend to family and friends. George Fergusson

The staff were lovely and the restaurant is nice (although quite cold), however, the food was not great. It was not the menu as it is shown on the website and had been massively reduced. The meals we ordered had items missing, yet we were not informed when ordering, nor offered any discount because of this. There appeared to have been a kitchen/food shortage of numerous items and we should have been notified prior to arrival and given the option to cancel. We would have chosen to eat elsewhere had we known. Couldn't fault the staff though but not worth the money.

Hands down, best restaurant I have been to. The atmosphere is amazing, the music is loud but not over powering, the food service is fast and tastes wonderful and customer service is excellent. You have a question? concern? They come to you and make sure everything is up to standard and that you have a great time. We will definitely be coming back more. Thank you Wild West Diner for a memorable night!

Awful! Unable to eat as burger was not cooking to how it was requested. On the third occassion the manager arrived to tell me it was despite it being pink. Was offered a replacement meal but how can I order a steak well done if a burger can not come that way?!
