Opened in 2006, the first thing you'll experience at Wild Sage American Bistro is the rich earth tones and classic architectural details that make our bistro both relaxing and refined. Walls of windows saturate our interior space with abundant natural light during the day and provide an intimate atmosphere at night. You'll find our three dining areas allow for conversations to flow comfortably yet privately for a wonderful dining experience.
We have designed a menu that allows us to be creative on a daily basis, and work within the limits of what is in season and available. We are always looking for unique ingredients to highlight. Local beef, regional fresh fish, local gardens, heirloom vegetables fruits and tomatoes. We describe our style as “Regionally Sourced Northwest Cuisine”. It just makes sense using local ingredients at the peak of their quality and freshness.

    The Wild Sage is currently open for dinner, seven nights a week. We can serve custom lunches and brunch within our dining room with advance booking for larger groups. Certain minimums must be met. Please inquire. Whether it be an office party, wedding receptions, anniversary party, or a family reunion, let the Wild Sage staff with their years of experience take the worry out of your special occasion by helping you create memories for you and your guest. Please note that The Loft area of the restaurant is located on the second floor and accessible by staircase only.

    Great meal. Flank steak for Sheri, salmon and clams for me. Everything, including bacon and blue salad, was terrific. Alexandra was the perfect server. Wine was excellent!

    Wild Sage was excellent as always. Went for an early Valentine’s Day dinner and everything was top notch from food to service. I have a pretty severe food allergy and they are always very accommodating and most all the menu is available for me to eat. Never have had a bad experience here and it keeps us coming back.

    The food was excellent. My partner had the Chicken and I had the Pork Tenderloin. We split the Pear salad, so flavorful. We also split our dessert, it was the flourless Chocolate Torte. Exquisite! Only complaint, is that it was quite chilly where we were sitting. Our server was Heather Ann and she was great. Very patient with us as we were deciding drinks and our entree choices. She was very knowledgeable about the various dishes we asked about.

    So many years of exceptional food and service. Hard to do, but these folks make it look easy. This evenings meal didn't disappoint, truly memorable in every aspect. Bravo!

    Love Wild Sage! The food is always freshly made and paired really well! The customer service is always outstanding! Five stars all the way around! Cocktails are original and tasty too!
