Opened in 2006, the first thing you'll experience at Wild Sage American Bistro is the rich earth tones and classic architectural details that make our bistro both relaxing and refined. Walls of windows saturate our interior space with abundant natural light during the day and provide an intimate atmosphere at night. You'll find our three dining areas allow for conversations to flow comfortably yet privately for a wonderful dining experience.
We have designed a menu that allows us to be creative on a daily basis, and work within the limits of what is in season and available. We are always looking for unique ingredients to highlight. Local beef, regional fresh fish, local gardens, heirloom vegetables fruits and tomatoes. We describe our style as “Regionally Sourced Northwest Cuisine”. It just makes sense using local ingredients at the peak of their quality and freshness.

    The Wild Sage is currently open for dinner, seven nights a week. We can serve custom lunches and brunch within our dining room with advance booking for larger groups. Certain minimums must be met. Please inquire. Whether it be an office party, wedding receptions, anniversary party, or a family reunion, let the Wild Sage staff with their years of experience take the worry out of your special occasion by helping you create memories for you and your guest. Please note that The Loft area of the restaurant is located on the second floor and accessible by staircase only.

    Excellent prosciutto appetizer, scallops and tuna main dishes.outstanding service. Food beautifully presented, a bit pricey. Bar drinks excellent also.

    Hallie was our server and she was wonderful! We celebrated a birthday and had the most delicious and satisfying meal ever! Bacon & Blue salad w/drizzled honey, Meyer Lemon Chicken and Halibut, the Yukon Taquitos as an appetizer and Crème Brûlée for dessert. The cocktails were amazing as well. By far my favorite restaurant and ALWAYS delivers fantastic meals. Never have I been disappointed.

    I've gone to Wild Sage a couple times before, and it's always amazing! I rave about their popovers with the lavender butter, they're perfection. The food is fantastic, the vibes are immaculate. They were so kind, and the chef even stopped by our table to see how we were liking the food. It's always an amazing experience.

    We love this place. They use fresh, local ingredients and pair them to make marvelous creations. We tried the scallops and pork tenderloin, and they were fantastic. So tender and good. We also love the beet salad, and the prosciutto with the burrata was delicious with the peaches. The coconut cake as well as the caramel and chocolate cakes were a great way to finish the night. It is pricey, but definitely worth it.

    Always an outstanding and memorable dining experience at Wild Sage. They've added a few new items to menu, e.g. the seared ahi tuna dish. Service is impeccable.

    First time here and absolutely wonderful! Every sip from my cocktail and bite from my food and dessert I found myself saying “WOW” several times during my visit. This is my new #1 restaurant in Spokane

    Amazing crème brûlée. We really enjoyed both our dishes for a special night out - will be back again in the future for another special event :)
