The ambience and food (that we actually got) were great. Our server was not. There were four of us and one person ordered an entrée with a salad and the other three were sharing three appetizers. We got the first two appetizers and we were waiting figuring there was not room on the table for the third and they would bring it later. We ordered the maze platter and it didn’t have the baba ganoush like it said in the menu. That was a disappointment as we were looking forward to that. We also had to ask for the salad since it didn’t come with our appetizers. Waited and waited still no waiter, no appetizer. When he finally came around, we said we were waiting on the appetizer. He said oh, we’re out of that. And then proceeded to say you didn’t order that. He then pulled out his notebook and read off all we ordered. I felt chastised like we did something wrong when he was the one who didn’t hear or write it down. He never asked if we wanted more drinks and no one filled our waters. At that point we didn’t want to order anything else. We were just ready to go.

I have enjoyed lunch at Wild Dog, but I didn't like the dinneer menu. Not enough variety and too many sandwiches and pizza. I had the salmon with orchiette pasta ehich I though t was boring. Wild Dog is a good lunch sport but an uninteesting dinner venue

Lovely experience all around. The meatballs were so tender. The Mojo pork very flavorful. The focaccia bread in the bread basket was delicious. I can’t wait to try even more food. Great job Wild Dog!

I really wanted to like this place. Food choices were minimal and each dish we ordered had so many different flavors it was difficult to distinguish what the flavors were. Same with the drinks! Salmon w pesto pasta…the two were not a good match. Salmon was nothing special. Australian Waygu came out cut and barely warm with an odd flavored dipping sauce. Wasn’t sure if we liked it or not. Maybe trying too hard? Not sure. Great venue and bartender was friendly. Too pricey for over flavored, mis-matched food. Hope they figure it out!

Quality of the food and service was on par with a hotel chain restaurant. Nothing special or memorable about it.

The pork was awesome. It was served with the meat and sides separate, so that you then put them together on your plate. That didn't make it better, but it kept the pork sizzling in its own little cast iron pot. I might have put the rice and beans on one plate, and kept the pork in the cast iron, but I'm no chef. My wife had the burger. Also very good. Our server seemed to still be learning the ropes, but was friendly and got everything right and on time. I think it really fits the Douglas vibe - a good place to relax with friends.

Wild Dog was amazing! We started with the meatballs, which i will dream about! They were soft and rich tasting with a delicious sauce and some toasted baguette. My husband was fighting me for the last bite! We had the salmon and pesto and the grouper with spaghetti squash. Both were absolutely amazing! The lemon ricotta sauce on the squash was so creamy! We ended sinner with a delicious dark chocolate caramel tarte wirh sea salt. The perfect meal! Staff was accommodating and so helpful with food suggestions. Highly recommend stopping by!

Ambiance was great but waitress forgot to put in one order. As much as we wanted to enjoy it, the everyone felt the food was mediocre.

Need to improve service levels and work out kinks in the kitchen. One diner never received food and when we asked about it they said they could bring it out after others at the table had finished eating. Best they did was comp the entree.
