As part of Four Seasons my expectations were high but the experience was disappointing. Errors with order, lack of availability of chosen food, knowledge of waiting staff all not good enough for a restaurant of this calibre and market positioning.

We had a lovely evening to celebrate various family achievements. We had made an effort to dress up but we were very surprised by the number of young children and casually dressed people dining. Although the restaurant was not full we felt a little rushed to sit at our table and order.

The staff, menu, drinks and execution were superb. Unfortunately (for me) the resort and restaurant are overrun with children allowed to run, scream and tumble across booths. The staff did their best but there’s only so much one can do when parents believe they’re the only ones dining.

The team were incredible! Brilliant service throughout. Surinder at the bar was so welcoming and knowledgeable and the entire team working in Fox Hollow made our evening one to remember!

Table had been cancelled when we arrived . Initially seated us in bar with no explanation. We asked to be seated in restaurant. Were told buffet closed at 2.15 ( our booking was 2.30!). Then told it would be kept open for us, so felt rushed. Staff made effort to remedy which we appreciated.

Very average and overpriced. The Four Seasons is very average and certainly not a 5 Star Hotel

We had a wonderful celebratory breakfast at The Wild Carrot. Service could not have been better, food excellent and all round a fabulous experience. Hope to visit again soon

Perhaps one of the best Sunday Lunches I’ve enjoyed in my 73 years !! This is a carvery with a smorgasbord of superb staters ( finest smoked salmon I’ve ever tasted together with exquisite “tasters” of delicious treats. The main carvery offered joints of beef ( melt in the mouth ), together with the choice of lamb and chicken with all the trimmings. The deserts were from a large selection of varied treats. Service and ambience were spot on and we were really impressed and can’t wait to return.
