Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. Our Executive Chef, Derek Bendig, adds extensive experience and a classic French and European culinary touch to the culinary artistry of Wild Blue.

This was our second visit to Wild Blue and it was outstanding! The Sommelier visited our table and helped pick out wines to accompany our different courses and just like our first visit the pairings were perfection. All of the dishes were exquisitely prepared and a sight to behold. A must visit if you’re in Whistler.

We have excellent dinner to celebrate 50 years anniversary. Management,service on top Food amazing Best restaurant 10 from 10 Highly recommend for people who love delicious beautiful presentation food We love you so much and will be back Ellen and Gena

When I reserved online, I was asked if this was a special occasion…and yes it was anniversaries for both couples. No one offered congratulations or acknowledged this at all. Then why ask!! Service was slow, our second order of bread arrived after our main course was cleared away. Additionally, there was an error in a dessert order. Granted they waived the cost off our bill but we should have had better service to begin with. We celebrate every year in Whistler but will not return to Wild Blue as there are many other excellent establishments.

Myself and my dining companion went all out a foodies playground of culinary delights. Sable fish, Wagu beef 2oz, mushrooms, chard carrots,truffle fries,orecchiette with tiny lobster think flavouring 10oysters 2each of each, lamb chop,2prawns,2 scallops . The lamb chop and scallops were on the tiny side for the price. Everything thing was flawless! I haven’t gone dined in a while so not sure how much portions changed. Service staff flawless from beginning to end everyone helped with are selections of the old fashioned to the sought after Rose Lambrusco to desert of toffee caramel and ice cream affoghato.Ambiance of late evening dappled sun on the patio. Shout out to Carlie/Jacqueline thanks for your lovely hospitality and knowledge on the menu/cocktails. We will be back $546 skid mark on my visa👏👏🎉

We are well traveled and have dined at many fine restaurants. By far, this is the best restaurant we’ve dined at. The service is outstanding, the food is excellent and we loved the ambiance.

Watching EVERYONE, servers, kitchen, management paying incredible attention to every detail was amazing. First class in every respect! The menu was a little non-standard, but once you figured it out we were able to mix/match a combination of incredible taste experience. Great wine list!
