Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. Our Executive Chef, Derek Bendig, adds extensive experience and a classic French and European culinary touch to the culinary artistry of Wild Blue.

Book. Here. Now. Our meal at Wild Blue was out of this world. The food was thoughtfully created and presented. Every dish had its own distinct flavors which never disappointed. The tuna tartar is a must try! And make sure to get dessert. We were here in Whistler for a few days and this was by far our favorite dining experience. We noticed how even though it was higher end, it was still a very playful and fun vibe in the restaurant. Our server, Donald, had this way with building rapport with all of this tables and really being able to understand what they were there for and what type of experience they were seeking and delivered accordingly. He described every dish so well that we definitely need to come back so we can try more! Thank you for a lovely meal and anniversary celebration!!

Wild Blue exceeded our expectations. The moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the restaurant's moody design, lively atmosphere yet somehow still intimate space. Great lighting ;) The service was impeccable, and we felt really welcomed by both the bar staff for a pre dinner cocktail ( do yourself a favour and get the Whiskey Sour) and our waiter Jeremy during the meal. Food was great and but the Spiced Apple Confit absolutely blew us away. Would 100% come again for a special occasion.

This visit we decided to try the 4 Course Prix Fixe Menu. We started with the Butternut Squash soup which was sublime. Our second course was Orecchiette which was beyond amazing. For the mains we had Pork Cheeks and Smoked Sablefish Risotto. Both were delicious and beautifully prepared. We ordered a tasty bottle of Italian red which was expertly decanted and served. Our server was excellent. Neil and his team always overdeliver. Another outstanding evening at Wild Blue!
