Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. Our Executive Chef, Derek Bendig, adds extensive experience and a classic French and European culinary touch to the culinary artistry of Wild Blue.

    Wild Blue is certainly the best restaurant in Whistler. It’s fine dining and modern yet casual setting is perfect for the Whistler Village. Our waiter was very friendly and provided excellent recommendations and descriptions of each of our courses. The food was also out of this world! Highly recommend the sablefish and blue fin tuna.

    Always a treat to visit Wild Blue…the food is outstanding, the ambience is world class and the staff are the magic sauce that takes the experience to another level.

    First time to Wild Blue. I was impressed by the restaurant. Our server was spectacular, very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and the food. The only thing negative was that it is very loud in there and we had a hard time carrying on a conversation.

    Had a very lovely early valentines dinner! Food and service were excellent! Wild Blue has become one of our favourite restaurants in Whistler!!!!

    Best food and wine we have found in Whistler. Creative cooking, wide selection, delicious. Highly recommended. Nice decor and ambience. First class wait staff.

    Our server was very helpful and was able to give us recommendations that hit the mark. Definitely, a great place to go for the atmosphere and the quality of the food to match. We would go back in a heart beat to try other items and beverages if we lived closer to Whistler.

    Jeremie was a fantastic waiter. He guided us through the menu with ease, explaining the portions well, and details about each dish. The food was a work of art. The presentation was stunning and the food was delicious. Would go back again and again!
