Vancouver Magazine dubbed it “The Most Important Whistler Restaurant Opening in a Decade”.
Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. Our Executive Chef, Derek Bendig, adds extensive experience and a classic French and European culinary touch to the culinary artistry of Wild Blue.

A beautifully appointed restaurant with excellent service and fantastic tasting, beautifully plated food. The whimsically plated octopus appetizer was delicious, and the squid ink orecchiette and lobster was the best tasting pasta dish I’ve had outside Italy.

Best overall dinner experience we’ve had during our stay. The craft cocktails were delicious and great wine menu. My husband and I shared Sunseeker oysters and octopus appetizers, and the lobster gnocchi and sablefish for our entrees. Our bar tender, Janice, was attentive and fun to chat with. Hope to be back some day!

My partner and I had our anniversary here. After seeing all the amazing reviews online we were looking forward to a good experience however we were not prepared for the atmosphere, service and food and drinks. It was absolutely incredible and far exceeded our expectations. The best way we could have spent our night. The service provided by Jackie was, by far, the best service we have ever received. The drinks were prompt, food was perfectly spaced apart and all were absolutely delicious with recommendations that blew it out of the park. Would definitely recommend and it was worth every bit for the amazing experience we had.

The service was exceptional! Our server Steve took the time to explain the whole menu to us and he made excellent recommendations. We loved all of the cocktails and the lamb chops were so tasty!

This was our second visit to Wild Blue and it was outstanding! The Sommelier visited our table and helped pick out wines to accompany our different courses and just like our first visit the pairings were perfection. All of the dishes were exquisitely prepared and a sight to behold. A must visit if you’re in Whistler.
