Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. Our Executive Chef, Derek Bendig, adds extensive experience and a classic French and European culinary touch to the culinary artistry of Wild Blue.

Really enjoyed our date night - ambiance, food, service were excellent. The fall prix fixe menu for $39 is such a good value. We also had the octopus and clam linguine which were excellent. Cocktails were great. What a gorgeous spot - the interiors are truly beautiful. Located right by the village. Highly recommended!

We had the fall menu with wine pairing. It was amazing! The service was superb. Love this restaurant and can hardly wait to return.

Our group of six women enjoyed a lovely dinner at Wild Blue. The off season prix fixe menu was a fantastic value with great portion sizes, delicious flavors, and the cocktails were artfully crafted. Absolutely will return in the future!

Our visit was amazing! We have the prix fixe menu for $39 (with additional pricing on certain items), but overall the food was incredible. I personally had the roasted carrot salad, young beets, risotto and finished with the spiced caramel confit! Menu 5/5 Taste 5/5 Portion sizing 4/5 (for me in was perfect, but I imagine for others it might be a bit small) Atmosphere 5/5

First time dining at Wild Blue. We were celebrating my birthday and were able to experience the fall pre-fix dinner menu. The service was wonderful and the food was perfection. A lovely and vibrant ambience overall. Would love to dine here again when the chance arises.

We were a table of 2 people that arrived 20 minutes early for our 5:45 reservation and were told there was no way to seat us early or let us sit at bar and have a drink or coffee. It was pouring rain out and both people at door suggested we go somewhere else for awhile and come back. Restaurant was not busy. We were tempted to leave and just have dinner elsewhere. Went across street to liquor store and came back at 5:45, restaurant still not busy at all. How is it possible a restaurant this size could not pour drinks for 2 people? No recovery after that. I have dined here before. Will NOT COME BACK. If I’m not made welcome I can’t possibly recommend this place to anyone.

While it’s no excuse for how you felt, I want to share that we were indeed fully booked that night, with all seats and the bar reserved, and were working to bring guests in at a steady pace to ensure the best experience for everyone. This was our third time at Wild Blue and the food did not disappoint. The salads and appetizers were beautifully presented and so fresh and innovative. We love coming here. It's fine dining, at its finest!
