Wigmore Hall Restaurant is located on the lower ground floor of one of the world’s great concert halls, specialises in chamber and instrumental music, early music and song. The 50 seater restaurant is also home to a well stocked theatre bar. The frequently changing menu revolves around the best British produce the country has to offer with with our focus being seasonal, local and always fresh. Situated walking distance from Oxford Street and Bond Street Station, our team of friendly waiting staff eagerly await your arrival to make it a memorable evening.

We offer a 2 or 3 course option with a service to fit all needs from those attending a concert to those enjoying some time in the West End.

Please note bookings are for restaurant dining only, bar is available for walk ins.

We had a very good dining experience prior to an excellent concert. They even reserved our table for intermission and had drinks waiting.

Wasn’t. Arrived there at time but was told they couldn’t serve me because their kitchen would be not open till the evening! They did offer me to comeback on the evening instead but it was not the time I had available.

We booked the dinner for two prior to the evening concert in advance as to make sure there were spaces. On the day we arrived a bit earlier and were greeted by a pleasant and friendly waitress. We were positively surprised the atmosphere of the restaurant was more informal than in some other places in concert halls. This enabled us to relax and enjoy our food. We had a two course dinner and enjoyed it a lot. Food was of a good quality and portions were very satisfying. The high quality of the waiting staff and their attention and friendly attitude has to be particularly appreciated. All together a very positive experience. Thank you everyone.

The quality of the food was very nice - the waiters were fine. The problem was that as the concert approached the place was mobbed by concert-goers with nowhere to go. Disgruntled regulars mumbled about their usual room being closed and so invaded the restaurant, hanging about - some drinking at the bar, others at a loose end. It made the final half an hour unpleasant. We would have paid and left but the waiters became too busy to enable a swift payment. We just managed to escape to get into the concert after finally paying, by the skin of our teeth.

The menu is short but sufficient, and the presentation is imaginative. Poached egg a little underdone, and not hot, but everything else was excellent.

Food OK but the menu bore NO RELATION to the menu on the website, on the basis of which we had booked. When we showed the website menu to the waitress she had no knowledge of it. By then it was too late to go elsewhere. And £3.50 extra for 4 small asparagus spears, and £5.50 for a small bottle of sparkling water, is a rip-off. Service was so slow that they gave us free coffee to compensation. Won't go there again!

We were eating between afternoon and evening concerts and all went very well with no hurry but everything in good time. The food was lovely with an interesting wine list and all excellent value for a central London restaurant.
