Went for my birthday and we had a great time. Made reservations a few days in advance. There weren’t many timeslots available so book early. When we arrived, we were seated immediately. Owner was WICKED nice, he thanked us for being on time. Being timely is important, they’re always booked and they want to make sure all guest have the best experience. Drinks were delicious and presentation amazing! Good music, the place wasn’t too loud or overcrowded. Customer service 10/10. Whole places is a vibe, definitely recommend.

What a horrible experience. We had a reservation but still had to wait 15 minutes for our table. We were told we had to buy food, even though that was no where on our reservation and we had spent $100+ on drinks. We had an allergy at our table and could not be confidently told that there was not nuts in what we ordered. Our server was slow and rude, and we had a 20% tip still added… for bad service. It is unfortunate because their drink list is so fun and cool, but it was one of the worst places I have been in Boston so far. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

We had a great time at Wicked Craft Co. Music and atmosphere was vibrant. Food portions were big and drinks tasted great.

Very confined spacing. My girlfriend and I had a table very close to one side of us, and people standing on top of us need to the bar on the other side. Our service left us waiting for long periods of time but the food was pretty great. The drinks were great as well, and the atmosphere was cool.

Very fun experience. Small area with fantastic decorations and ambience. Has a relaxed club feel. Would be a great spot for parties. Food was delicious and the presentation of the food and drinks makes it really enjoyable.

The place is cute. I ordered the orange chicken bowl and it wasn’t good. My partner had the burger and said it was mid. I arrived at my reservation at 9pm but table wasn’t ready till 30min later. We ended up finding seats at the bar and decided to sit there instead of waiting. The place is mainly for show wouldn’t recommend it for the food. Very small restaurant.

We promptly offered you seating at the bar, where you were comfortably accommodated until 9:21 PM when your table became available. We apologize for the 13-minute wait on a busy Saturday night. During your visit, there was no indication to anyone that you were dissatisfied with your meals. We would have gladly addressed any concerns at that time to ensure a positive dining experience. It is challenging to rectify any issues after your visit if they are not communicated to us directly. We take great pride in providing high-quality food and drinks. When terms like "mid" are used to describe our culinary offerings, it suggests a clear lack of credibility in the assessment. Thank You
