I had to change my reservation from 2 to 5 an hour before time. The hostess did her very best to accommodate us and helped to update my reservation. Making it a memorable girls night

I have been here before many times and it has gone well but, this last time the services was very poor. It took much longer than it should have for the server to greet us but when she did a few of ordered drinks, which didn’t come together and I’m not sure if one was forgotten or what happened but the glass of proseco came 10 mins after the margarita. The appetizers were great and all came out together but the entrees were where we had a lot of trouble. Three of us ordered sides, they were all not brought out and our server never came together check on us for us to share this, we had to flag down someone else to tell and then it was another 10mins before they came out. By the time they came out the entrees were finished and cold and she never said sorry for that. Luckily they took those off the bills but, was frustrating to deal with. Also, for the margarita we wanted to sub the tequila for a non spicy option and they charged 33% more for the option the subbed in, which I think should be shared with the guest. I am not sure if the server was flustered but it was very poor experience.

Overall, it was such a wonderful experience. We had a gift card from the holiday and we have frequent Ted white dog restaurants for many many years. The hostess seated us next to a table of 15 at 5 PM when the entire restaurant was open and empty or just about and while I understand you place people determine it upon the weight staff. It was literally right next to the group of 15 we just thought that was really odd and they were pretty boisterous. I decided to just get up and let the hostess know. We definitely needed to be seated somewhere else and we did and it was lovely. The chair that my spouse was in was a little bit old and dipped so once they moved that with a new chair everything was great with the table.! The waitress was just lovely. She really was but she was maybe new and definitely slow not in a delivery sense but rather took 35 minutes to take our food order and then kind of checked up on us. Kind of not we love the relaxed vibe of her, but I think it’s OK when you only have five tables to be a little bit more on top of things. We did however enjoy the over two hour dinner experience we usually get in and out in about an hour and a half but then when a bunch of checks were handed out, she took everybody else first when we were the first seated, I thought that was interesting as well Onto the food, which was exquisite great great job with the shrimp cocktail, adding the pickles and beans along with the salsa Verde. I hope this always stays on the menu. It was just divine. I actually can’t wait to go back and just have that. ! Then my main meal was the steak and it was as usual wonderful I love the fact that they serve it with some chicory. My spouse had the meatloaf and French onion soup and both were excellent. It was actually the best meatloaf they’ve ever had with a little bit of crest on the edges. It was just lovely. The desserts were equally excellent usually we do not get them, but they looked nice and we enjoyed it! 🍸🍸🍮🍮🥩🥩🍤🍤

Our server was very pleasant, but service was much slower than usual. This has never been an issue in the past, so it was a little surprising.

Great restaurant. Fabulous service. Buzz kill: they charge 3% if you pay be credit card. Jeeze! At these prices, it really is terrible to be nickel and dimed. Next they will make us pay a portion of their electric bill! Sad part is that it really hits the innocent wait staff who have to hear the complaints. I'll think twice about going back--after YEARS of patronage.

Great brunch today. Not a fan of the table shoved against the wall by the bar. We sat there but will make sure to request a non bar table for all future visits. I have been sat there before and hated it then also. Booked this 3 months ago and was surprised to have this seat today. I don’t mention it. My fault. Otherwise great food and service
